The location is excellent. The concierge really knows his stuff and is enthusiastic. The public areas are attractive. Our bathroom was very comfortable and well supplied. We didn't have to walk miles to the lifts! The garage is under the hotel and valet parking made it all very easy. Some rooms, inlcluding ours - 512, only have one window instead of the usual two, which makes the room dark. Service in the dining room at breakfast was excellent on our first morning, Saturday, but very patchy on our second, Sunday. However always friendly. |

Hotel was peaceful and it is in good place, there is many restaurangs near and parking place next to hotel. There was smell of smoking, the bed smelt tobaco. |

I loved the decoration, I felt like a little girl again. The parking space is also important so you don't have to be going up and down the town with the luggage. The little town is like fairy-tail and there is such a large choice of hotels that when I got there I was not sure to have made the right choice... Everything in the hotel looks and "smells" really old and not very safe, it feels like anyone can enter the room if they want to. The rooms are rather small and the toilet feels claustrophobic. |

Perfecte ligging middenin Vianden. Kamer was prima en schoon, maar wel wat gedateerd. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het grote terras nodigt uit om heerlijk 's avonds te eten en te genieten. |

Het personeel is gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het hotel is goed centraal gelegen en eenvoudig bereikbaar met de auto. De kamer was wel erg sober ingericht met een heel kleine badkamer waar geen licht was. De straatzijde is tamelijk rumoerig. |

Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Landschaft Luxemburgs ,die sich einwandfrei zur Eholung eignet. Darüber hinaus waren sowohl der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter als auch das Frühstück und die Betten sehr gut. Auch insgesamt überwiegt ein leicht positiver Eindruck vom Hotel. Obwohl Deutsch als Amtssprache in Luxemburg gilt , war der Großteil der Mitarbeiter dieser Sprache nicht mächtig. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr, sehr unsauber! Haare in den Betten, Rost in der Toilette und Flecken an Wand und Möbeln waren unglücklicherweise auch Teil der Ausstattung. (Vielleicht auch nur ein Einzelfall, da das Hotel ansonsten sauber wirkte). |

Niet veel positief, hotel wordt gerund door een Nederlander, wat toch het laatste is wat je wil tegenkomen in het mooie groene kader dat Luxemburg te bieden heeft. Gevolg, je waant je in het dorp in Nederland, wat de sfeer gelijk geheel verpest. Een nederlandse platvloerse hoteleigenaar die je meteen alle romantiek en genegenheid van de lieflijkheid van het dorp doet vergeten. Iets om nooit meer te willen meemaken. |

de bediening was goed. de gastheer en vrouw waren zeer vriendelijk. het eten was van goede kwaliteit een minpunt vonden wij dat er honden in de eetzalen werden toegelaten. dit hebben wij niet als prettig ervaren. |
