The location of the hotel is closer to the city center, staff were friendly, the wifi is free and available in the rooms.

Complicated system for using TV that didn't always work first time

Staff were very accommodating, particularly with language differences. Very helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage with them post check out, so we could continue to enjoy our stay until we needed to go to the airport in the early evening.

The room was lovely but there was no bar/cafe to sit in. After complaining about the problems we had with room service, the manager apologised and did not charge us for any extras at all.

There was no kettle in the room and our efforts to order tea from room service proved very frustrating. It took 3 attempts before we were given cups with the tea! And the sandwiches were on stale bread which we returned. Very disappointing for what is rated as a 4 star hotel.

The room in which I stayed was a quite spacious for one person, the staff was very professional, courteous, friendly , quiet during the night, and breakfast was very good, with a wide range of products, and with a very elegant arrangement. The hotel is placed very close to the Centre, with a large parking nearby,and with many amenities for your very enjoyable stay.

I did not find a way to control the heating other than by opening the window. My room was in the "annexe" on the opposite side of a small street, so you have to leave the building for going to the reception desk. Wlan did not walways work in my room, but then I found a cable. With that, internet worked perfectly.

A nice modern feel, clean and spacious

Bed was hard as a rock. Had trouble sleeping.

The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I booked the Hotel because it is claimed that they have a gym. The gym contains a few (four?) cardio machines, one cable machine and no free weights. It is located in a basement room with no windows. I was utterly disappointed and did not even thought of using the gym. However, I would recommend the Hotel to any traveler not seeking a gym with the hotel.

The single beds where terrible! Too small, the mattress wasn´t flat. If I wasn´t careful I could fall on one side of the bed!

Staff was very friendly

Stayed on the 5th floor and waited a long time for hot water in shower. Also too little water pressure. This hotelæ did not strike me as a best western plus hotel, but it is ok for a night if your requirements are not top level.

The location is on the border of quiet residential neighborhood with close access to bars, restaurants, and grocery store.

The single bed was a bit too soft for my taste but for a short trip it wasn't a problem.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast, though expensive, very good.

The receptionists were unfriendly and ignorant. My room was in another building, and I had to go back to the reception through the road. Though WIFI in the rooms was advertised, there wasn't. After several questions the hotel staff told me that there is a problem with the internet, but by the evening it will be OK. It wasn't.

Although it was only one night I was very impressed with the hotel and where is was situated. I also liked the friendly nature of the staff.

The warm welcome and very good hospitality shown by the reception while checking-in and out and during the stay at hotel.

The comfort of beds can be better and it would be nice if there was rugs/carpet on the floor.

Very perfuntory greeting by receptionist, who later kept hanging up on me when I called reception to ask about things like wifi. There was nothing to eat on a sunday night, all the nearby food places shut and hotel offered nothing, which I found odd for a business hotel. But worst of all was the noise of trucks thundering past the whole night and the banging of peoples' doors in the corridor

The warmness of the hotel staff, the location of the hotel ( not far from the city center), the design, he spaceness of the bathrooms, the cleanliness of the room.

Great value for the prise, excellent location, clean and cozy rooms!
