Breakfast, tea & coffee facilities Poor double (?) glazing, tired bathroom and bedroom fittings. Old TV. I understand the hotel is being renovated step by step. Mine was certainly one of the old rooms. |

I enjoyed the atmosphere - good quality services without the noise and stress of an international hotel chain establishment. It feels like being in Luxembourg! The staff at breakfast should maybe be reinforced. It is slightly depressing to come in at 9am and find all tables(because half the room is closed off) full traces of breakfasts taken before you. This happened twice out of three times, June 15-17. However, the staff was very helpfull, but there was only one full time - a dark haired lady. |

Central location Reception were unhelpful with relation to parking, although the Booking.com site says that parking is available. There is a garage v. close to hotel, but we were not allowed to check in/ drop off baggage before parking car! |

Very well located, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice view from most of rooms. Building is not very nice and the equipment is very old. 4stars hotel maybe in the seventies, but not in the 21st century compared to other hotels. |

A fine clasical hotel with excellent service.Close to all the sights.A sumptuous beakfast was included in room rate, at least a € 20 value per person. They were not able to asign and show Delta Skymiles points for my stay on my hotel bill, although the hotel is a member in the program. |

The location of the hotel is outstanding as you have the shops, palace and a world heritage site just outside the doors of the hotel Sadly this hotel is old, they are kind and friendly but the general building needs serious renovation, although the rooms themselves are well decorated. |

Quit and peaceful. Centrally located. Close to bus station. TV in room 329 was possibly not properly tuned. Did not show some of the channels indicated on the sheet by the TV set. |

We were able to easily access all the local facilities and noteable tourist spots The front desk staff pointed out additional helpful points including details of the hop on and off bus which toured the town and outskirts, and the train which showed you the old parts of town. |

Excellent location. As needed to stay just for one night before my flight, didn't expect to get the luxury for the reduced price they offered. So you get what you pay. The room was clean and bed comfortable, breakfast very nice. |

The location, and access to shopping. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms have been redecorated with good new and effective lighting. Our room directly faced the monument across the street. Windows that open for plenty of fresh air. A few of the staff at the front desk were abrupt and haughty. Truly, not what you would expect from this calibre of hotel. |

breakfast was very good and the breakfast room itself small but clean with a relaxed atmosphere. The central heating battery in the hotel room was not working and it was very cold during the night. I am sure that we could have received better value for money elsewhere |

The hotel is perfectly located to discover the city of Luxembourg. Very fancy grand old design, oozes grandeur of a past era when travelling was for the happy few. Reception and restaurant staff are reserved but correct. Autographed pictures of American generals from the Battle of the Ardennes are a treat for history lovers. Two single beds moved together to create a double isn't exactly what you expect for this price. Some rooms can be noisy, either from the traffic outside or hotel guests. Housekeeping is active early in the morning, even on Sundays. |
