Ottima posizione, centrale e poco distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ottima colazione, con ottimo caffè italiano e squisita macedonia di frutta fresca. Stanze discretamente spaziose ed accoglienti. Cordialità anche nei servizi: cioccolatino della buonanotte con indicazione previsioni del tempo del giorno dopo; tutto il necessario per un caffé o te in camera; bar. Personale cortese. La sveglia richiesta alla reception non ha funzionato. Toilette in stanza un po' agée ma funzionale e ben servita.

A great location, and our room had a nice view. The room was comfortable and spacious. It is easy to get everywhere in the city by foot here. I thought the front desk was not as helpful as I had hoped, and I was disappointed that breakfast was not included, something I find fairly standard across Europe in similar caliber hotels. It is always disappointing in this day and age when a hotel does not offer complimentary internet, and insulting when they offer a rate like the one here.

It has quite a nice, grand looking bar. The decor is eccentric, cheap looking and not very nice. The staff were strangely patronising. The first room we were given had only one window which looked out into a well in the middle of the building, so hardly any natural light came in and it felt like a dungeon.

Old world style and charm in the heart of Lux city, right across from the walled city park. Right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Super-friendly staff. Best breakfast fresh fruit I've had. No on-site parking--city lots were full--Had to walk 2K to train station lot.

The hotel is charming with a wonderful family atmosphere, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has character, and is not a modern clinical 'box' like a lot of modern hotels are! From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcome, the reception staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable, with old fashioned decor, which suits the character of the hotel. Would definitely recommend it, and definitely return.

Location Old. Mattresses are like 15 years old. I felt like I was staying at my great grandmother's house which was built in the 19th century. The room I was put in had no ventilation at all... And the windows opened up to an interior shaft with no ventilation either. There was no working tv in the room. Parking was 30 euro per night, and they charged 6 euro per 2 hours of internet. I would never stay at this hotel again.. .i almost didn't stay my 2nd booked night

nice hotel in a very central position for exploring the city.the hotel has a nice bar and we enjoyed a super meal in the taverne resturant. all in all a nice stay. we had to ask for tea making facilities to be placed in the room also to provide toiletries.this was quickly sorted out by the staff. hotel is a bit dated.

Good located. Big room comodities café and tea. But the bed wad not one as the pictute in the booking. Realy was two Twin beds. He. Wi fi. Even paid. Sixs euro a hour. Doesnt works. Not at night. Not at day..you must go down at the computer from hotel. If you need something at the internet..

Good hotel with traditional good service. Best location just in the center. The price I stayed was exceptionally low, so that I was very much satisfied. Can not watch English tv program. Internet is slow. Shower room smelled slightly. It should be excellent for all, if those points are improved.

The location which was the main reason for chosing the hotel. The breakfast was not bad and the staff was friendly. I have been travelling to Luxembourg for work since 1998. Looking at the hotel a few years back it gave me the impression of a very porche and aristocratic hotel which must have been that time. But now it seems that the old glory is gone. The hotel hasnt been rennnovated for years now. This is obvious in the public places as well as the rooms of the hotel. The furniture in the rooms are not just old fushioned they are old. It is obvious that they havent been replaced for 20 or 30 years.The room was pretty cold even with central heating. To conclude I didnt feel confortable in the room. Not all rooms are like these. My colleague got a much better room than I did.There is no uniformity in the rooms even if the clients are paying the same amount of money.
