Receptionen! Jag var igenkänd och fick snabbt min rumsnyckel.

Sängen! Jag var ensam i en bred säng och lakan och filtar var omvikta på långsidorna. OK, om man är två och vill sova intill varandra, men helt obekvämt för en ensam i bred säng. Jag bäddade om som passade mig och hängde ut skylten Var god stör ej på utsidan av dörren, vilket vad jag förstår betyder att man inte vill ha någon betjäning vare sig gällande bäddande av säng eller byte av handdukar. Men trots det, när jag på kvällen kom tillbaka till mitt rum, nog var sängen ombäddad på luxemburgskt ? vis och jag måste återigen riva upp lakan och filtar för att få det att passa mig. Till och med min pyjamas var omvikt! Och handdukarna bytta! Hotellen vill ju att vi sparar på tvätten. Tre nätter för mig räcker med de handdukar som finns på plats när jag kommer.

The location which was the main reason for chosing the hotel. The breakfast was not bad and the staff was friendly.

I have been travelling to Luxembourg for work since 1998. Looking at the hotel a few years back it gave me the impression of a very porche and aristocratic hotel which must have been that time. But now it seems that the old glory is gone. The hotel hasnt been rennnovated for years now. This is obvious in the public places as well as the rooms of the hotel. The furniture in the rooms are not just old fushioned they are old. It is obvious that they havent been replaced for 20 or 30 years.The room was pretty cold even with central heating. To conclude I didnt feel confortable in the room. Not all rooms are like these. My colleague got a much better room than I did.There is no uniformity in the rooms even if the clients are paying the same amount of money.

This hotel is ideally located just 150m from the city's central point and is out of any noise caused by early morning cleaning/service trucks. I booked this hotel about 2 1/2 months in advanced and got a very competitive rate.

Coming from Ireland, I expected the hotel would provide an iron to sort out my shirts for the week. The hotel advised me that it was against their rule as it was a fire hazard. Fair enough, but the rates their were charging to get my shirts ironed by hotel service were excessive.

Good hotel with traditional good service. Best location just in the center. The price I stayed was exceptionally low, so that I was very much satisfied.

Can not watch English tv program. Internet is slow. Shower room smelled slightly. It should be excellent for all, if those points are improved.

Centrally located, 10 min walk from train station. Friendly staff, particularly at reception. Musty smell in room on arrival and staff had no hesitation in moving us to another room, which was an upgrade at no extra cost.

The hotel has a good location very close to city centre.

My room was very old and located to a street with a lot of traffic. The breakfast buffé could be much better.

Wonderful building in prime location . Very good value for money . Helpful concierge .

The location was perfect, right next to the Notre Dame and also the starting point for the hop on hop off bus tour. The old town was a short walk away as were a number of other attractions. The staff were friendly and accomodating and the buffet breakfast included was good.

The hotel was a bit dated and the lobby area smelt of stale smoke as guests were permitted to smoke in the bar area next tot he lobby area. Be sure to specify and confirm you want a non-smoking room. The tv remote didn't work either.

Location are best, for traveling/transportation and near to restaurant and shopping

facilities/establishment are bit old, so noisy car sound in night time.

A comfortable, clean bed and breakfast was brillant!
