Was happy with staff's rwaction to my queries.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a wonderful surprise. Very comfortable bed. Very clean.

It has quite a nice, grand looking bar.

The decor is eccentric, cheap looking and not very nice. The staff were strangely patronising. The first room we were given had only one window which looked out into a well in the middle of the building, so hardly any natural light came in and it felt like a dungeon.

Old world style and charm in the heart of Lux city, right across from the walled city park. Right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Super-friendly staff. Best breakfast fresh fruit I've had.

No on-site parking--city lots were full--Had to walk 2K to train station lot.

The hotel is charming with a wonderful family atmosphere, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has character, and is not a modern clinical 'box' like a lot of modern hotels are! From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcome, the reception staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable, with old fashioned decor, which suits the character of the hotel. Would definitely recommend it, and definitely return.

Location

Old. Mattresses are like 15 years old. I felt like I was staying at my great grandmother's house which was built in the 19th century. The room I was put in had no ventilation at all... And the windows opened up to an interior shaft with no ventilation either. There was no working tv in the room. Parking was 30 euro per night, and they charged 6 euro per 2 hours of internet. I would never stay at this hotel again.. .i almost didn't stay my 2nd booked night

nice hotel in a very central position for exploring the city.the hotel has a nice bar and we enjoyed a super meal in the taverne resturant. all in all a nice stay.

we had to ask for tea making facilities to be placed in the room also to provide toiletries.this was quickly sorted out by the staff. hotel is a bit dated.

Good hotel with traditional good service. Best location just in the center. The price I stayed was exceptionally low, so that I was very much satisfied.

Can not watch English tv program. Internet is slow. Shower room smelled slightly. It should be excellent for all, if those points are improved.

Not worth money you pay.

A wonderful hotel, one of the best we have stayed in. A lovely building with a touch of 1930s style glamour but with current day comfort. Very clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. If you are visiting Luxembourg you just have to stay here!
