We were wondering where the hotel was. We looked across the street from the station and there it was. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The noise from the street could be disturbing.
good location, room was clean and confortable
Convenient location near to railway station. Comfortable room with modern 'design' decor. Large bathroom with excellent walk-in shower. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Limited choice of food and a rather inadequate coffee machine at breakfast.
Interesting modern interiors
سكرجية عند الفندق طول الوقت drank people front the hotel all the time
location, free wifi, very funky rooms
The bed was a plank. The rooms are overdesigned. The hotel is situated in a questionable street.
Close to train station but not too far to walk to city centre; close to lots of excellent restaurants; breakfast selection at the adjacent brasserie was good. Room was wonderfully modern and clean. Staff were very helpful.
Service at the brasserie was hopeless if you weren't a bloke buying bottles of champagne; the International Restaurant next door was much better for dinner and you could hear yousrself think; or the Pace du Paris restaurants a short walk away were excellent. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. Tile floors in hallways tended to amplify high heels in the middle of the night.
friendly staff, nice new facilities, good value for money
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the main train station. Close to city centrum and all the attractions and also restaurants and supermarket. The room was big and very bright.
Very stylish room. Very nice helpful staff.
Glass wall between shower and bed room. Besides somewhat kinky experience there is a light that going on in the shower the same time as the light in the toilet and interfere with the sleep of the second person in the room. There is no reading light at the bed stand only the overhead. Total triumph of the design over common sense.
Everything, perfect for location close to the railway station. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to be great.
the hotel place is cool, and the staff is very nice. The room was cleane and very confortable
The receptionist, specifically, Mr. Lapers, was one of the most helpful and friendly persons I have met in my life. The style, furniture, complimentary water, cleanliness, space, modernity.
The hotel's noisy bar because of which I could not sleep. The breakfast: limited choice and food left uncovered and at the mercy of mosquitoes.
friendly and warm staff great location
most rooms don't have private bathroom, so suitable for couples, but the manager gave us one more room for free for the first night!
Staff were very pleasant and helpful and willing with information. Also, check in/out was 'easy' and the hotel was very clean.
A very basic breakfast while sitting on tin-like seats in an open public bar.
New interior Nice view Friendly staff Walking distance to centre
No doorstep between shower and room is not practical No place for a towel in the bathroom is not practical
Across the street from the train station, Hotel Grey was still quiet. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were redecorated in a simple modern style. The breakfast at 10 Euros extra was a good bargain.
We were there for two nights and found the room adequate for a short stay. There were no dressers though, so if you really wanted to unpack, the furnishings would not have been sufficient
Good Location being close to the station. A little noisy in the evening, and the room design (shower) may not be to everyone's liking, but otherwise cannot fault it for our one night stay.
Air-conditioner was unusually noisy for something that was so new, and no coffee in the room.
The value and the design of the rooms. The staff were very helpful.
No baths - we dont like showers much. Parking was a problem. This may improve once the building works in the street have finished.
closeness to city center and to train station for access
See through shower for family is not the best.
It is new hotel, clean, very modern, good WiFi. Good location. Breakfast with hot food.
Strange design, colour of the room was too dark for me.
- Opposite to the central train station, easy to find. - Many buses just opposite the hotel. - New, clean and tidy hotel. - Good breakfast, many choice (comparing to other places in Europe). - Nice staff and willing to help. - Many restaureants nearby (e.g. McDonalds, Burger, etc.) - A supermarket next to the central station and is closed at 8pm. Another supermarket is in City Centre and is closed at 6pm.
- Not close to city centre (10-15 mins), but you can take many buses at the bus stops opposite to the hotel (just next to the central train station), to anywhere. - The bath's door is naked and no cover, so it may be embarrassed if you are staying with friends. - I don't like the big picture on the wall (which is Mona lisa with a gun), it is a bit scary especially I am travelling alone = =''
Served my purpose perfectly. Needed a hotel next to the railway for one night with 24h receptionist. Real helpful and handsome staff, unusual room with extraordinary design. Very quiet for a city hotel. Probably also a good place to stay for a city trip. Good price-performance-ratio.
Modern well equipped rooms
Location is good for transport to train station etc, but the surrounding roads were not particularly attractive with unappealing bars and restaurants and night clubs all around
