The location, the service of front desk, the breakfast. The bed bugs that I experienced - however, the front desk and management took care of me and moved me immedidately to a new room.

I like the range of choices in the bar menu. I bought an internet card for use in the roomand the internet connection was very bad, the signal keeps dropping off making working inthe room very difficult. This needs to be fixed in order to be a proper business hotel.

I stayed there many times for my job, as it is near the pede industrial site at Rodange. Every staff member is friendly, neath rooms, clean bathrooms etc.You can choose to go to the restaurant, or to the cafe, where one can order the same food, or just have a drink. There is lots of place on the safe parking lot, which is also important.

Allgemein sauberes Hotel, mit gutem Komfort. Für übernachtungen reicht. Unorganisierte Mittarbeiter, die ihre Aufgaben nicht kennen, bzw. Nicht in Griff bekommen. Es wird irgendwie schon improvisiert. Nichts zum Trinken im Zimmer. Keine Fernbedienung. Licht im Badezimmer zu schwach / dunkell. Zum übernachten reicht, aber länger wohnen würde ich da nicht.

Ik verblijf vaker zakelijk in dit Hotel en mijn onderstaande opmerkingen zijn dus niet incidenteel: Betaald Wifi, wat niet eens werkte. Daarnaast is het mijn mening dat anno 2012 wifi in de hotelkamers gratis moet zijn. Kamers hebben totaal geen sfeer of uitstraling, tegels op de vloer, minibar leeg, sobere badkamer. Voor 80,- per nacht is de prijs/kwaliteit slecht. Het ontbijtbuffet is nagenoeg niet aangevuld, er liggen bv. 2 broodjes en als die 2 op zijn worden er weer 2 bijgelegd, vaak moet je er nog om vragen ook.

Ma chambre donnait sur le restaurant ,et donc bruyante :bruit de raclements de chaise une bonne partie de la nuit , en plus de la musique ;; DE plus , le site indique garage GRATUIT or , à l'arrivée , le réceptionniste me demandait de PAYER 8 euros pour pouvoir garer mon véhicule dans le garage !!!! ????

Waar wij absoluut niet over te spreken waren, is het interieur van het restaurant. Er straalt niets gezelligheid van uit! Tevens zijn de slaapkamers erg kaal en kil door de tegelvloer!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, liegt in der Nähe von Luxemburg, und Parc Merveillaux, das für Kinder sehr gute Leistungen bietet. Teilweise schlechte Organisation der Arbeit, bzw. Mancher Mitarbeiter. Zimmer war nicht richtig vorbereitet, es gab kein Kinderbett, musste später hingestellt werden, weil angeblich ein Mitarbeiter hat darüber den anderen nicht informiert (was interessiert mich die interne Organisation, bzw. Chaos ?). Es gab keine Fernbedinung fürs Fernsehen, (muss man am Empfang danach fragen?), es gab kein Wasser im Zimmer, nichts zu trinken ( Gläser waren aber vorhanden), obwohl eine Suite bestellt war. Die Mittarbeiter in der Bar sind nicht in der Lage einen Alkoholfreien Drink zu machen.. Eine Katastrophe, Bier nachzapfen kann jeder, oder?

J'ai réservé la chambre de base à 80€ : très correct et propre. Convient pour séjour professionnel, j'y retournerai en cas de besoin. Le resto italien de l'hotel est au-dessus de la moyenne des restos italiens, à conseiller en tant que resto. S'il fait très chaud, il faut savoir qu'il y a des chambres avec conditionnement d'air, plus chères évidemment ... Je pense que la moyenne des commentaires est sévère par rapport à mon expérience. Effectivement, l'éclairage de la salle de bain est faiblard mais je ne me maquille pas ... Effectivement, les radiateurs sont fermés mais il faisait bon dehors. Effectivement, il y a une odeur qui s'apparente à la cigarette dans le couloir, c'est probablement l'odeur du tapis. Dans la chambre, c'est du carrelage : parfait.

Localisation et parking faciles eau tiède dans la douche. Chambre fumeur alors que j'en avais demandé une non-fumeur. Personnel du petit déjeuner peu vigilant et peu assidu; les plateaux étaient presque vides.

Het restaurant is zeer uitgebreid en goed. De nieuwe kamers zijn prima. Internet is absurd duur. Wifi kost Euro 4,00 per 30 min. in de kamer. In de bar is het gratis, maar die daar wordt zeer veel gerookt.

prijs/kwaliteit restaurant, wel veel lawaai als je alleen eet. ik sliep net boven de brasserie, veel irritant lawaai van een koeling. Personeel heel vriendelijk en heb een andere kamer aangeboden gekregen.
