Beautiful and charming hotel with long tradition in family. Nice decoration all over the hotel. Got room with garden view and balcony, amazing landscape. Good breakfast. Many nice restaurants in town. WLAN for free. We reserverd parking in advance and although we arrived late evening no problem to park car on site at own room-number-marked place. |

We were a small group and were made very welcome. Very clean, quiet and in a lovely position. We will definately go back at a later date. The food was very good too. |

The manager was very helpful and friendly and so was the staff. The property was well maintained and quaint. no kleenex in the room. |

The Hotel Heintz was was in a quaint, picturesque village. A beautiful village with lots of nature and trails. We had a great dinner and breakfast. We would love to return and spend more time. |

Very nice hotel, feeling like a family. Very helpful and hospital staff. clean, neat and newly decorated. Would still be my choice if next time I go to Viaden again. |

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The breakfast was very nice. You really do need to reserve parking ahead of time. Otherwise, you must pay for parking - - every three hours during the day. There were drunk and noisy motorcyclists in the hotel who kept us up much of the night. However, I think this is hard to avoid in Vianden. |

Convenient location, breakfast, large rooms, Alpine feel, personal service, family atmosphere, cosy bar, historic building lack of parking and no notice given upon reservation that this would be a problem, no mini bar, my bedroom in family suite was only accessible via a shared toilet |

The hotel in general - very traditional and felt "Olde Worlde" in keeping with the town. Staff very helpful and pleasant - nothing was too much trouble. It would have been nice to be forewarned that the restaurant and bar would not be open; after a long days travel I was looking forward to relaxing in the hotel, but this was not possible. |

Quit staying even it was in the center of Vianden. Very good breakfast. Save parking facility for the car. Old style of classic hotel (fourth generation of the family). They will soon celebrate one hundred years of existing. You can feel the past as well you can see it by admiring the furniture. |
