It's the wonderful hotel in the nice place ,the staff is very friendly and attentive. We arrived at 10 o'clock at night and told the owner that next day we want to visit the 'petite suisse". Tomorrow after very taste breakfast the man from the staff asked us if we are interested in information and gave us maps and gave us the explanation how to find the most beautiful places. If we'll return to luxembourg, we'll chose this hotel again! |

The lady at reception, not sure of her status, was more than helpful offering helpful information re things to do in Vianden, as was the waiter. They were only two staff members we saw in out two night stay, they both worked very hard but perhaps a third person may be helpful at busy periods. Like others we thought the fondue sounded interesting, it was very good although rather expensive for bread and cheese. The buffet breakfast and dinner on our 2nd night were also excellent. This hotel is nicely situated in a beautiful village, an area we will definitely visit again. I have to agree with others that the rooms are very bland, not helped by the duvet being folded in two an placed at the foot of the bed. The room however was fresh and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and old city wall. An in room safe for us would be greatly appreciated. Our room was not serviced, however I mentioned it as we went in to dinner and the lady returned to me 15 minutes later explaining that the chambermaid had been alone that day and that she had made our room up, I am sure this was just an unfortunate one off rectified as soon as they were aware. |

Staff was very accommodating in helping us with a parking pass and providing us with an item we couldn't find anywhere else and we were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and the bath appeared to be recently updated and was also very clean. |

Good room, clean, staff very friendly and helpful you need to ask for a parking space as this is quite limited. The hostess Petra kindly let us have her parking space for a 7 euro fee. |

Fiendly staff. Excellent evening meal with local specialities. Building had character. Helpful with the needs of a young child. The extra charge for provision of a cot ..10 euros per night and a charge for parking ... 7 euros per night when there is parking space out the back of the hotel |

The owners were so welcoming and helpful. If I had a question at all they would go out of their way to help. The hotel is beyond charming. My room was comfortable and clean. It's a short walk up a cobblestone street from the main center of town, but worth every step. I would definitely go back to stay. I was visiting my daughter who was attending a music festival in Vianden and staying at a different property. I felt my room was much higher in quality. |

Was nice and local and the room was big. The only thing we could think to improve would be a mirror/pictures on the wall so it does not seem so bare, but that is just a design thing. The room and bathroom were clean and big enough for a family of 4. |

The hotel is nice and a parking space was reserved for me as requested. The rooms have been recently updated. The town is very picturesque and the castle is just a short walk up the hill from the hotel. It's on the main street in town so there's traffic noise until about 10:30 but I think all of the hotels in town have this problem since most if not all of them are on the main street. |

Location good, able to walk into town easily. Family room - two rooms connected in middle by bathroom ideal for us with two teenagers. Rooms clean and decor good. Reserved parking All facilities not available Wednesdays.Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant with fondue on menu which we thought would be fun. However when we arrived were told that it was closed (staffs day off) so somewhat disappointed. I appreciate staff need time off but prior warning on website would have been useful. After eating out in town we returned about 9 p.m (we thought it would be nice to sit in the delightful courtyard garden for coffee), the hotel was deserted and locked up for the night. We had been given a key for the front door but weren't expecting it to be locked so early! Despite this we discovered the wonderful Ancien Cinema cafe/bar (well worth a visit as it also shows silent movies) so all was not lost. |

I have stayed at this hotel several times as a stop over on the way to Switzerland and I love going to Vianden as it is amongst my favorite places and I would not stay at any other hotel in the town. This was the first time I stayed with my family and it was noticable the lack of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I think should be standard for this price/standard of hotel. |

The breakfast was superb. The owner's helpfulness re where to visit etc was lovely. Unfortunately she did not show this on the previous day! Although we had booked a car park space we arrived and found there wasn't one and the town was full due to a week's festival . |

Four of us enjoyed our lovely stay at Hotel Restaurant Heintz in Vianden, Luxembourg, near the castle. Marvelous food, wonderful chef! We especially enjoyed the cheese fondue and fine wines. The warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was especially memorable. |

Rustic hotel with romantic atmosphere in a renovated house dating from 1683. Each of our 8 rooms, with shower, toilet and tv, match traditional stone construction with modern comforts. |
This modern family hotel is located near a beautiful forest with its numerous hiking paths. The hotel has a large garden with sun chairs and a sun terrace. |
The Cocoon Hotel Theis is located in a beautiful setting, on the banks of the Sûre. |
Since 4 generations already the Hoffmann family welcomes you in their cosy hotel situated at the foot of the castle of Vianden, a small medieval town. |
