The hotel was recommended to us by my good friend.She really love the hotel. We also like it a lot-with a good breakfast, clean rooms, quite nights and very friendly hotel owners.We will be back there soon !

clean, comfortable, close to the castle only 10min walk up.

Wifi signal can be only received at the front desk, parking place needs to be reserved and only 5 or 6 available.

Lovely hotel, we were allowed to park our motorcycles in their garage and were help for our trips out in the area.very friendly staff and would definitely recomend.

it was my 3rd time at the Heintz, excellent as usual. I am looking forward to my next stay in this pretty little town

I liked everything.

The little garden was so nice also the location of the hotel. The stuff was so smiley and friendly. The breakfast in 3 stars generally became poor but in Heintz it was so good. The thee pots makes us smile. Also the antique decoration took us the old times. The bed size was longer than 2 meters which is also a very important advantage. So over all it was really nice stay for us.

Family-run hotel with spotless rooms and nice interior with many antiques. Well-located on main street of historic town. Staff very helpful.

We loved the room overlooking the lush garden and parts of the old city wall. The room was very neat, bathroom modern. The Owners were very friendly. Lovely breakfast. Plenty to eat for vegans too.

That there were pictures of a restaurant on the hotels website and information folder on the door of the hotel (one reason we chose this hotel) and we then found out that this restaurant was closed sind at least 2010. This is only a B&B, not to be marketed as hotel. We upgraded to a suite like room with balcony, but the noise from the road outsde the hotel kept us awake most nights, despite being on the other side of the hotel. The room was spacious, but apart from 2 big televisions, it was just a spacious standard room. No bathrub, hand wash facilities in the bedroom rather than bathroom, no fridge or air con in 30 degree heat and one of the most expensive rooms on offer this was not a pleasant experience. We stayed in further hotels on the same journey and they cost a lot less and had a lot more amenities. This somewhat spoilt a little our trip to Luxemnourg and we were glad to leave.

Great setting!

The hotel's welcome was very friendly and they were happy to assist in anyway possible. Told us of several sites to see and places to visit. They were very biker friendly and stored the motorbikes in their garage for us free of charge. The hotel was beautiful in a picture postcard town that even has its own castle to visit. All in all a wonderful stop off on our trip. I cannot praise this hotel enough and indeed intend to revisit next year.

only stayed for 1 night but it was one of the nicest cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was clean and had garage parking for my motorbike which is great as you know it'll be safe and secure. Definately recommend staying.

Great location. Rooms where comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff where very friendly and polite going out of there way to help. Excellent if you where like our party travelling on motorbikes.

Room although very comfortable was a little on the light side. Black out curtains would help.

The hotel was different, had it's own unique character, unlike the chain hotels. Lots of lovely antiques about the place, and the owners were so helpful and friendly.

A quirky interior well situated for touring the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with a wealth of interesting antiques. Contemporary bedrooms and bathroom with balcony onto garden, perfect. Warm welcome from hotel staff which continued throughout our two day stay. Helpful map to areas of interest provided us with a fascinating tour discovering a wealth of information about this little known country. A gem! Breakfasts were always plentiful choice of local produce and a charming touch offered by the manageress Kuchen : a grape, cinnamon and almond torte.

Parking needed to be booked in advance, however, the hotel provided a town parking permit for 8 euros which we were able to use at other town sites including the castle during our stay. Internet was a bit hit and miss in the rooms but we were aware of this from the outset.

Hotel Heintz was family friendly .The bedroom had a balcony and a living cum TV room along with it.The location was excellent with restaurants and shopping around. The castle was only at a walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Noiceless .Neat and clean.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights/4 days and had a wonderful time. The hotel is conveniently located near the castle and the restaurants were all within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a lovely view of the garden.

The hotel is cozy and sits in a convenient location on the main street of beautiful Vianden, which spills down the hill. Our good-sized first- floor room had a comfortable bed, and en-suite bathroom, a small television mounted on the wall, and an easy chair. The hotel has wi-fi, reserved parking, and a breakfast room. Reception staff are friendly.

The wi-fi signal was accessible only in the ground floor reception area and on the back patio (not in the room). The hotel no longer has a restaurant (it closed) but fortunately there are some decent choices for dining in town. Parking and breakfast are extra--we found free parking next to the hotel and ate breakfast at a bakery nearby.

Charming hotel with wonderful atmosphere and comfort. Helpful friendly staff, great breakfast, super clean large room overlooking garden, quiet. Hope to return again.
