Es un lindo lugar situado en una bella ciudad, tranquilo, como lo que exactamente necesita para salir de la rutina... Los dueños te hacen sentir como en casa. Hospitalarios y amables. Digno representante de la calidez de los luxemburgueses!

Hotel is full of old-fashioned things but not old itself. It's close to the main attractiveness of Vianden village. Nice hotel in a perfect place. Thanks a lot! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Our room was huge and had everything we needed for a night. The location is great - just a short walk down the hill to the restaurants etc in beautiful Viandan. Lovely garden out the back.

The two single beds pushed together to make our double bed!

Stayed here for two days, situated in middle of Vianden, really nice hotel and the area was an unsuspected bonus. Good breakfast, good room. Good staff.

We stayed 6 nights at Hotel Heinz and could have stayed longer. Since hotels usually wear thin after a while, this is saying a lot. Our room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent(best we've had in Europe). We loved the staff(may have been the owners) and they were very helpful when my husband had a medical problem.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, and is more like what I would imagine a Swiss hotel would look like.We had a room with a veranda overlooking the garden, where we enjoyed sitting out in the evening and enjoying the view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't find anything to dislike about the hotel.

The hotel was in a brilliant location next door to a beautiful church and near restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing! The hotel was fantastic with wisteria covering the lovely balcony and covered in flowers out at the front. The staff were very helpful and friendly offer a map of places to go. The hotel has beautiful antiques with a gorgeous staircase leading to large luxurious rooms. The bed was very comfortable with a large flat screen tv but we didn't use it when there were lovely balcony to sit on. The bathroom looked like it had just been done it was so clean. There are lovely gardens to sit in too. It was just perfect!

We had a room at the backside of the hotel with an excellent view to the green hill. A parking place was arranged (ordered). The room is clean with a retro atmosphere. The breakfast is good. The hotel is located in the Vianden centre and is located below the Vianden castle. Overall we had a successful relaxing stay at Vianden.

Location was great, room facilities were more than adequate. very close to castle, parking was reserved as asked for.

Breakfast was so so. canned fruit instead of fresh. just put a bowl of fresh fruit instead of opening cans....

A good and nice hotel with fine falicities, and with very friendly and hospitable hotel owners. We are a danish family with 3 members. We had a familyroom, who was seperate in two rooms with a bafhrooms between the rooms. The rooms was very clean. The hotel is placed in a little nice village with a lots of restaurants.

The hotel didn't have many parking places. And it was difficult to find a place in the village for park the car.
