Free parking, not too close to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Liked the swimming pool and liked having choice of bath or shower. We asked for and were told that we were being given a non-smoking room but tit was by far the worst cigarette smelling room i have ever stayed in and we had to sleep with windows fully open on a windy night. |

The queue for check-in took ages! The decor was very dated, the pool was small and the location was 20 minutes from Luxembourg centre by public bus which stopped running at 10.20pm on a Saturday night! |

Perfect value for money, great/lovely location (if you have a car), very friendly staff (the gentleman at the reception explained the history of the city and the country and gave good suggestions of what to do and where to go), very good (free) breakfast, free parking Internet not free. Sooner or later, hotel executives all around the world should realize that internet is becoming like water and electricity and they should not charge people for it. It is not nice to go to a 5-star hotel and pay for the internet. |

Room is clean, Facilities are good, like the swimming pool very much, wonderful breakfast, recommend it to friends Shower is bad, very old and small. Cannot believe 5 stars hotel has a shower like that in a standard room. |

We found the staff to be extremely cordial and helpful, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We didn't like the seemingly-opportunistic high prices for breakfast in your restaurant. |

Good location. Room was well appointed. Indigo Restaurant was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was tricky - the lot filled up quickly in the evening. Charges for internet use were outrageously excessive. |

The hotel looks very, very, very bad, it is like a travel into time in 1985, it smells like it from the lobby, the bathroom was horrible... In conclusion: do not stay here!!!!! |

The hotel has generously sized rooms, extremely comfortable beds and overall a very pleasant, yet professional athmosphere. The breakfast buffet is lovely (if a bit expensive). You need a car to get to the town centre. It's a bit remote. There is a bus going into town but if you prefer a bit more freedom, rent a car. |

Warm welcome, housekeeping and staff at swimmingpool very helpful. Nice beds and smoking room. Very grumpy breakfasthostess. The hotel is not from a walking distance of the city centre. Taxi costs around 15-20 euro's. |

The room we eventually had was very nice, large and comfortable, and the meals at the hotel were excellent. Having informed the hotel on booking that I have asthma and paid for a superior room, I was disappointed whem the room we were given smelled strongly of garlic, when I went out onto the balcony to escape the garlic fumes whilst my husband tried to arrange a room change, there were several cigarette butts - about 5 - lying on the floor of the balcony, and when I looked around the balcony, I discovered that it could be accessed by an unlocked door from the hotel lobby- not very secure as far as I was concerned!. The floor the room was on was clearly marked as a non-smoking floor and the room was a non-smoking room - I realise that the stubs were on the balcony, but they should have surely have been cleaned up when the room was cleaned! |
