Hotel v klidném místě, příjemný personál,dostatečně velký pokoj,pohodlná postel, výborná snídaně.

Nevyhovující koupelna - pevná sprcha stříkající do stran, bylo prakticky nemožné ji použít. Oprýskané dveře v koupelně a vybavení koupelny nevypovídaly o 5* hotelu .

Dinner and breakfast, perfectly OK, I ate so much that I almost couldn't move anymore.

Only the location

The hotel is in dire need of a revamp. We upgraded to a suite which had mold everywhere, the frig didnt work and the kitchen sink faucet was broken. Terribly stuffy room, as if it hadnt been aired in month. Bathroom had horrid sewer smell. Definetly would never recommend this hotel to someone.

Comfort with staying at the Hilton. Always a very good standard. Will always try and stay at a Hilton as we know what we get and that is a very good standard that suits us. we are going to do a trip to Switzerland soon and will book a Hilton Hotel.

In many ways this is a good hotel, smart, convenient, all the services and facilities you might need.

My stay turned out to be a lot more expensive that I had expected. The room cost was fairly cheap (around 90 euro/night) but the breakfast was very expensive (25 euro!). Plus, the hotel charged about 20 euro per day for an internet connection! Given that most hotels these days give you free wireless, this seems extortionate.

The concierge was exceptionally helpful: we wanted to visit the city and he went to real trouble to help with transport and guidance on where to pick up a taxi, or catch a bus in the city. This also madus feel comfortable and welcome at the hotel.

Not really a big beef. My wife wants to use curling tongs before facing the world in the morning and this involves a standard socket near a mirror low enough to see into whilst sitting, preferably with a table in front of it, to put brushes etc upon. You would be amazed to know how rarely hotels provide this. But we had hopes of the Hilton.....................

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful and the food was good.

In my opinion it is not by far a 5 star hotel - it is not possibile in a 5 star hotel not to have a shower in the bathroom. For sure I will not stay in this hotel again.

Good room, not very bad breakfast (blueberry, muffins, hot dishes). In the check-in we were given very tasty cookies.

You have to pay for your wi-fi in the room, but they had free computers in the lobby with internet. Very far from the city centre - you have to take a bus for 15-20 min. But if you have a car it's not a problem.

The hotel was very comfortable for the price that we paid. We were there for the night of 29 December. I choose the Hilton whenever possible. Good breakfast. We arrived early and were able to check it but probably because the hotel is huge - sky scraper!

The hotel really needs a bit of renovation. It is quite old fashioned. It is quite a bit from the centre although the bus goes every 20 minutes for 1.50 euro.

a little bit far away from the city center.
