Just perfect hotel for the rest. Fitness, swiping-pool, sauna are included in the prize and almost always were free without anyone. Personal are exceptionally nice and kind.

Great to have a swimming pool/sauna for residents - very nice layout. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very friendly and helpful - even rang room when in for 10 mins to see if anything we wanted. Good size room with king-size bed and all usual accessories including iron and board, hairdryer. Excellent price at around £65 for a Friday night - had much worse for more. A bit out of Centre and first looks are you are staying in a high rise block of flats but very smartly decorated and furnished inside.

Omly issue we had was no shower (space there for it). We put in survey at end to hotel (as only issue - everything else glowing) and they e- mailed with thanks and said they would look into as part of maintenance so excellent customer service.

the hotel is old, carpets are ruined, the smell is poor - its all together a hotel from the 80s without upgrade. the restaurant and location are good (quiet) but taxis come sporadically. this is not a five/four star or typical hilton experience.

The hotel is tired and really needs a makeover to live in teh 21st century.

Old hotel, also smell acordingly, no ventilation in the bathroom. Very high prices in the hotel. It's true that price of the room is not too big, but don't buy anything from there

Food - expensive but good. Good surroundings, parking, reception.

Only four non business English speaking TV channels. No milk for tea making (OK very English thing). Terrible tea at breakfast. Non thermostatic shower. Not enough plus in bedroom for today's world.

Overall, this is a nice facility. Service was great and breakfast is unequal. This is a "modern" hotel that has not gone through a through renovation since it was built. It is not run down however, and compares very favorably to other options in the area, especially given the price. The setting of the hotel is very peaceful. Location is not a problem as long as you don't expect it to be downtown!Great excercising facilities! Overall, we have been very satisfied with our stay.

The only downside is that pillows and blankets are sub-standard.

Uncomfortable pillow and strange blanket to be shared by two persons. But even this was not a big problem. The rest was very nice.

Sauna at the swimming pool was very nice.

Staff are friendly and approachable. However rooms cleanliness is not that so good. Bathroom needs to be renovate and they should at least give a complementary water in the rooms.

Very great breakfast buffet. Nice to have swimming pool, even it's not very big. Enough space in the room.

In several corners in the room is not hard to realize that the hotel is actually old already. But at least the room is still in good and comfortable condition.
