Second time we have stayed here. A little out of town but the bus takes care of that! Lovely room, fabulous breakfast, friendly staff.

We had a few requests prior to arriving at the hotel and the staff were very accommodating. We were traveling with our older (17) daughter and we needed an adjoining room. The rooms that we were supposed to have were being renovated so they upgraded our room to a suite with an adjoining room for no extra cost. That was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and well represented from the website. The location was a little far from downtown Luxembourg but we had a car. There are also buses that run fairly often. I highly recommend that if you have the time while you are here visiting Luxembourg to take the 35 minute drive to Trier Germany (Our favorite place to visit over the 14 day holiday in Europe.)

I feel like it was a bit out of the way for Luxembourg if that is where you intend to do most of your site seeing. (Like I said earlier though; go to Trier too!) There really wasn't anything negative about our stay here.

The staff is extremely helpfull. They gave me awesome advices about restaurants, directions and places to see. The hotel is great! The coffee break is awesome! Everything fresh, local and delicious. The business center is great, brand new computers with free internet. The room is perfect! I cannot complain... I really recommend this hotel. Probably the best value for money in Luxembourg. And it's just perfect for family with young children.

The internet in the room is a bit expensive, 17.50 € for 24 hours. But you can use the free internet at the business center.

This was the second time we have stayed there. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull. Arranging extra beds in the room for the kids was not a problem at all. Hotel provides everything you would want for a short stay with a touch of class. A pleasant and thoughtfull extra was finding a birthday cake in our room after a day out - it was my wife's birthday.

Uncomfortable pillow and strange blanket to be shared by two persons. But even this was not a big problem. The rest was very nice.

Just perfect hotel for the rest. Fitness, swiping-pool, sauna are included in the prize and almost always were free without anyone. Personal are exceptionally nice and kind.

We liked the spa: /swimming pool( excellent) /sauna (however: fairly small)

The hotel is rated wirh 5 stars - might be this was correct in the nineties/eighties(? - we saw in the room: "Made in Western Gemany") , bu nowadays guests are not impressed by the standards of the past century ( Quatar, Singapore etc.), so, 4 stars is more appropriate.
