I was impressed with the upgrade of room. We like to be left alone and to do our own thing and we returned to the Hotel Delta because that was good last visit. Once we find a hotel which suits us we frequently return, but I am not so sure this time.. The suite was cold, maybe because the patio door was defective. But as we never reported that it was our own fault. The switch for the lights on the bathroom looked unsafe. But the worst thing was not being able to take coffee to our room, which I had already done on a previous day. On the last day I was told it was impossible and we were not allowed to have coffee in our room. Although we stayed 4 nights and didn't have breakfast on any day, the coffee was a problem. |

Very good breakfast, very clean room, great localization which looks nice outside but inside too oldfashioned, nice parking close to the hotel, Room was to small, very dark( very sad) window on a not special view( roofs other buildings)we get a two separate beds even so we thought that will double room,be carefull of that ! Ask about it before you will be coming to your room.Internet only for extra payment( 5 Euro). |

Clean room with tv. Good breakfeast (the "pains au chocolat" were really tasteful). It was the cheapest hotel I found there (49 euros with breakfast, double room) and I do not regret it. I had my room on the side of the street. Although it is a small street, there was still too much noise for me during the night. |

Breakfast was ok The reception staff is not efficient and not nice. The reception is closed from 22h and there is nobody from the hotel in case of need. One of our friends forgot his keys and could not enter his room and had to sleep in our room. This ended up at the police station, definitely a very bad experience. Also we could not turn down the heater in the room. Not a 3 stars hotel! |

Main advantage was location close to city. Cost also important. Facilities were minimal - bar only open till 10pm. It appears that the photos on booking.com of the hotel did not match the facilities actually available in it. |

We got a suite instead of a ordinary doubleroom because we stayed over a weekend and I think that was very generous. One morning almost everything was missing at breakfast and it took a long time before new food was available. |

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The ad promised a safety deposit box in the room. Boxes couldn´t be opened and used however, even though I was first given another room because of it. In the end I was offered a small box with a key, not attached to the wall!! The receptionist didn´t see that as a problem and actually wondered why the other ones were... :-) She said it had been like that since she started some months ago and it was not her "priority". Also I asked for a silent room, was told they are all very silent, no problem. However there was a lot of noice from the street. |

I liked the comfort of the room, cleanliness, polite and responsible staff. When I was late to check in the reception administrator waited for me to arrive late in the evening. Thank her a lot! |

I really liked the location and a fact that is near to the main train station. There is a great value for money, cause where else can u stay in the center of the city for just 56€, breakfast included. I liked the old luxembourgish style of the building, and that french feel, which I wouldn't get in a modern one. The lady on the reception was pretty helpful even gave me an aspirin for my headake. Though I stayed just for one night, I was unpleasently surprised that my room wasn't ready at 6 p.m., when I arrived, and I had to wait for it in a nearby pub.. The room was pretty small, and had very low celing. Smeled a lot like a toiled freshner too. Though I had to leave one hour early in the morning before the breakfast I couldn't get any lunch packet or anything.. |

The location was good. I's a big advantage to have a place for car parking. The room, especially bathroom was too small. |

A great breakfast, a clean and nice room and the fact that it was close to the city center and very close to the railway station. We had to pay 5 euros in order to log in to the wi fi connection |

Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Our room was not clean when we arrived and when we were finally allowed in, it was sweltering hot and in a bad state of repair, with light fittings falling off the wall and a shower that leaked badly. We asked at reception if they could turn the heat down and were met with the response "that will not be possuble", even though it was the middle of summer! As we were leaving the next morning, a cleaner approached me and my partner in the corridor and yelled at us in another language, shaking her fist, for no apparent reason. We complained to the front desk and were assured the manager would call us but no one did. A truly awful experience from start to finish. |

The hotel clerk who greeted me was fantastic. Breakfasts included in the room fare were great as well. I loved having a balcony, despite the not-so-good weather we had when I was there. The connection to WIFI was at times very poor. I had to keep trying. There were lots of ants in the bathroom at night, by the bathtub. |
