pity the restaurant is not open in the weekend, but enough restaurants in the area.

The hotel was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Very plush, relaxing and loved the modern rooms. We had a misunderstaning over breakfast, they mentioned it was included however this did not include the cooked breakfast. Has we known we would not have eaten it but understanding the problem the hotel kindly wavered this charge on this occasion.

Would have been upset over the breakfast issue but their remedial action was superb and wowed us. Would definately stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and room facilities were very modern and high quality. The tv had a wide range of channels (in many languages including French, German & English) and the room had free (wired) internet. There was a free minibar providing a couple of soft drinks, a couple of bottles of water and a chocolate bar. The staff were very helpful, especially at reception.

The air conditioning was functioning but barely made any impact on the room temperature. The bathroom had no blind - there were shutters outside the window (which was located at one end of the bath) but these had a design containing holes of various sizes so taking a shower was a slightly disconcerting experience. The room service selection was a bit limited and rather pricey.

Dinner is excellent. Attentive and friendly staff. Cozy library/lobby. Accessible to the center.

There should be enough floor rags at the bathroom.

Small boutique hotel. Great service, great accomodation and breakfast. Makes you feel at home...

I liked the design - the hotel represents modern Scandinavian style, and is really nice.

Cleaners of the rooms do not work well (room was not clean enough, especially the bath, when I first entered the room). The other thing is a gym, they advertise (one of the reasons I chose this hotel) - it is a tiny room with 3 machines (2 cardio + 1 for legs) and few unheavy hantels.

Noice from walking in the room above mine. Hairdryer needs to be replaced, really poor! Beer in the minibar would be nice.

The staff were in the main excellent and charming. Unfortunately there was one member of staff whose performance did not match the others...

Our room was excellent except for the rather bizarre absence of a door to the ensuite shower/toilet. The value for money is only rated as good because of the decline of the £ against the Euro

Great room design and no facilities lacking. Very quiet. Short distance from city centre.

Cost of breakfast and car parking exorbitant especially as car park is down the street. However, staff will park and deliver the car back to the front door.

J'avais choisy cette hotel pour la situation et le service de spa. L'emplacement et bien les personel tres acceullante.mais pas le service de spa: il fallait demander a la receptions de mettre en route 40 minute avant pour chauffer le sauna. Je voyage souvant et je sais que un hotel de 5 étoile 1) il ya un bagagiste devant hotel 2) et il attend pas les client demande d'allumer le sauna !! ils marques service spa il ya juste une petite pieces pour le sauna et une petite salle pour musculation et c'est tout ..désolé c'est pas a mon goût .

personeel zeer vriendelijk maar (hotel en restaurant) niet goed georganiseerd, alles ging veel te traag, dat is spijtig en zou moeten veranderen!
