Room overheated and no means of adjusting the temperature. In order to manage switching lights on and off one would need a degree in engineering - very complicated.

The style of the rooms are well thought out. I stayed in the English room, and it really felt like I was in a luxurious English room. My girlfriend stayed in the modern room, and it was a totally different experience: both very highly recommended! Bathroom was very elegant. Very quiet rooms. Felt like we were the only ones there!

There were problems with my girlfriend's Wifi, while the one in my room was fine.

Amazing room, very stylish black and white design, quiet, free bottles of water, marble bath, gorgeous bath products, stunning pictures on the walls, very close to the city centre, very romantic place for a getaway, really nice neighbourhood

Wifi didn't work and the stuff couldn't fix it, also the phone in the room didn't work. The funniest thing was that the toilet had no door and I found it very inconventient. You can not take a bath without the other person in the room because the wall is a see-through, well, it is ok, but the toilet does need the door anyways I think! The English style room that my friend had had a door to the toilet)

Almost everything. Very nice hotel and wonderful staff.

The restaurant was closed and the hotel offered catering instead. This wasn't very good.

The spa actually is just hamman,so we did not use it.

The bathrooms are very nice.

There are some features not available in the room, like drinks making facilities and I believe there was nothing to iron with either, which come as standard generally in similar priced venues. There’s also no pool or breakfast included. When I went for breakfast, I was told that there was no hot food and all there only a table buffet of bread, fruit, cereals and juices. It was not worth the 22euro price tag.

We had chosen a superior English room and when we got there it was an unusually warm day for this time of year and this room did not have air conditioning as is a general custom for Europe so the receptionist upgraded our room to a superior Modern room that had air for no extra charge! It was very nice! We enjoyed our stay!

Everything about the hotel was very good indeed. We thoroughly enyoyed our stay there. It is only a few minutes walk into the city centre from the hotel so is perfect for a city visit.

Not a lot other than location - tries to be luxury but fails - was not impressed.

Location. Price. Very friendly reception.

Poor breakfast choice. No slippers. Safe was not working. Too humid in the room. Not enough lights in the room.

Excellent service. Valet parking at reasonable price (about 15 euro per night). We had a standard "English-style" room: very cozy and with a wodneful bathroom too.

Breakfast price was outrageously high (22 euro/person !). The hotel is not in the old part of the town (it takes a five minutes walk to reach the city center).

The location was on the edge of the City providing convenient access to the tourist venues that interested us. The premises were superbly maintained. The staff were well trained and performed well. Our room was elegeantly comfortable with all desired facilities. The dining room provided excellent meals. The price was reasonable. Being a weekend there were few guests and all was very quiet and dignified

The design and the service were of a very high quality.

The only thing is that if I knew beforehand the room types I would have opted for the modern one and not the English type one.

Parking with valet parking = lose the car for the rest of the day. Got invoiced for something that I did not used, only saw it later. (Toolate)

Silencio y amplitud de la habitacion. Buen trato del personal y excelente las personas que atienden los desayunos.

Aunque los baños son nuevos, el entrar y salir de la bañera es incomodo y se salpica mucho el suelo.

L'accueil et la situation

Le design de la salle de bain : aucune intimité : il y a une clair voie vers la chambre. pour ds personnes plutôt âgés, la douche est inaccessible sans risque de tomber. il n'y a pas de douche manuelle permettant aux dames de ne pas se mouiller les cheveux ! les interrupteurs sont totalemt anarchiques !

Il n'y a plus de resto... Vivement leur nouveau concept il n'y a plus de minibar dans les chambres anglaise

Peu de choses en fait.....les chambres anglaises sont veillissantes. Le seul point positif est la situation, mais on peut trouver mieux à Luxembourg.

Chambre très viellissante, couverture sale avec quelques "bestioles", couvre lit troué. Aucun service dans la chambre : ni théière, ni tasse, ni rien...une tv dont certaines chaines étaient de très mauvaises qualité.
