Friendly staff, enthusiasm to improve the hotel and provide more services for clients, readiness to address anything that was needed, pleasant environment with very adequate breakfast. Not part of a chain, so staff are interested in providing personal attention.

Location Restaurant is closed on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday. This was not mentioned upfront, which is poor service. Breakfast was as of 7:00 AM, but in reality only as of 7:45. Poor assortiment, way to expensive for Eur 10,- PP.

Located in the centre of Esch. I had a room on the first floor and another guest on that floor was a smoker. I woke up with a headache due to the smell in my room. I booked the hotel because it was located in the centre and because there was a restaurant, but the restaurant was closed for unknown reasons... . The breakfast was nothing I ever have seen: rotten fruit on a plate, cheese and salami that smelled, overcooked coffee, ... . I was happy that I only booked 1 night in this hotel!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The adjoining rooms allowed four family members to be together. The staff was very friedly and accommodating. Having a restaurant was convenient Finding the hotel parking was an adventure and difficult in the beginning. However having a parking spot was vert convenient

Very Clean and rooms were resonably spacious considering it was an older building The hot water pump had failed and was due to be replaced however the receptionist admitted he forgot to warn us of this problem

The staff is very friendly There's no double rooms, they only have twin rooms which is no good for a couple. There is no heating in the room so during winter is a no go! There is no hot water in the shower.

I liked the rooms- clean, enough space, great beds. They didn't have breakfast every morning, we went with our son once , the food was finish and had to go some place else for breakfast. Poor parking space and receptionist atitude .

Receptionist offered me free drink to compensate forgotten promise. Personnel is unprofessional, had to ask for towels for 3 times. When I arrived, the room safe box was closed, I asked receptionist to open it, he promissed to open it the next day but didn't open. The next day I asked again but still no result. I didn't ask anymore. They did forgetting tricks all the time. Breakfast is crap... Tons of children screaming just under your window until 2AM.

Close by railwaystation (7minutes walk) and in the heart of Esch. A wonderfull staff and great room with a bath, just like heaven. Regular small breakfast included. There was no emergency exit because it was at the main stairway down... That felt kind of unpretty unsafe on the 4th floor...

Located in a shopping street, easy to find parking. Hotel manager & receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast costs Euro10 per person, very little choices were provided & quantity was restricted. The person working in the breakfast room was putting out 1 piece of bread, 1 croissant per guest each time a family entered the breakfast room! She was also not friendly & never offered advice on using the coffee machine that operates with tokens until she was approached! Fruits were never topped up so if a family before you emptied the fruit bowl, you will not get your quota allotted to you. It was unbelievable what she was employed to do!

Staff were lovely and took the time to have a chat to us throughout our stay to really make it a perfect stay! Room was great, and breakfast the next morning was lovely! Esch-sur-Alzette is a lovely place to stay and this hotel really makes it!! It would have been nice to not have to pay for car parking.

while we stay the lady manager was very kind and support. it was very nice. when got out one receptionist ask us not to pay the fee properly. well before get the Key I have to pay all the bill. it is awkard cicumstance. we were embarrased and shame. It shouldn't happend.

The rooms were confortable. Breakfast was great. The location was great and secured car park at reasonable cost. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean place to make your stay. Lift was rather small.

We liked the room and some of the facilities. The proprietors were very pleasant and helpful, in contrast to their staff. The room was very noisy overnight as it faced on to a pedestrian mall and we couldn't sleep with the windows shut as there was no air conditioning and it was very hot overnight. Closing the windows was problematic anyway as one of the latches was broken as were the bathroom door handles which fell off. Breakfast was mixed - on the first day all went well but on the second day all the tables had been left un-cleared so guests were clearing tables themselves and finding cutlery and crockery. Staff were noticeably absent and not very helpful when they did arrive. Parking was problematic, the hotel and parking are part of a tricky one-way and pedestrian mall set up.

The hotel fronts on a pedestrian walkway. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was described as a four star hotel. As such, it did not meet our expectations. There were not the types of services that I would associate with a four star hotel - for example a restaurant, room service, or minibar. I would consider it a nice three star hotel.
