Very friendly owner, only 20 minutes by train from Luxembourg Gare (2Euro ticket!). Excellent price, even when Luxembourg City was fully booked the price here was more than reasonable. I enjoyed the warm welcome and the assistance from the owner so much I would be happy to stay a little further out of the city and jump on the train for 20 minutes so I could stay here again. Room was clean and modern, good temperature and key swipe worked first time, always a good sign!

No coffee making facilities but this is not unusual for hotels in Luxembourg but may surprise any travellers from the UK.

Small, but nice and clean room. We enjoyed our stay.

The shower screen was not big enough. After each shower the toilette and the floor in the bathroom was wet.

It was a bit like Fawlty Towers Luxembourg style - I did not get a hot shower in 4 days - they moved me into another room after saying I was wrong about it and then the bathroom door handle fell off and the shower still did not work there either - and they charged me for breakfast I did not eat when I left, the TV's were 1980's vintage and no one seemd to know how to fix anything, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Very convenient location

Breakfast was very limited and the breakfast room unconfortable due to the very few and rather small tables that were preassigned and sheared by different rooms !! Wifi IS NOT a room facility !! The internet work must be done at the restaurant, an important inconvenient for Skype conexions.

We liked the Hotel, nice size room. The staff was very friendly. The receptionist was very nice and spoke liminted english but understood it well.

Stuff was perfect. They are very friendly. Hotel located very good street in Esch sur Alzette . There are many shops and coffee bar, Also you can walk freely on the street because street closed to traffic

It is positioned in the Centre, but parking is very difficult and t has to be done far away and only short term parking

The service was OK and the cuisine was also OK. What I found disturbing is that we pay for half pension and we did not receive (1st dish=pasta 2nd dish=meat + dessert) what stated in the vaucher and for what we paid. The owner claimed that it was a mistake from the booking!

We paid for a service that we did not receive. If there is a problem between the booking and the hotel, should be solved and for the client should be transparent.

L'accueil, la qualité de la chambre et le personnel. Tout était bien !

besonders gut hat mir die zentrale Lage gefallen. Auch die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu reservieren ( relativ günstig 8 Euro/Tag ) war gut. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß aber sehr gut ausgestattet - das Bad war modern und sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte so wie ich kein sehr gutes Englisch hat sich aber sehr bemüht uns alles Wichtige zu erklären und war dabei sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Mein Mann u. ich waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.

der Ort hat uns nicht so gut gefallen wir fanden es dort teilweise ungepflegt und nette Lokale haben wir auch nicht gefunden. Allerdings waren wir wegen eines Konzertes in der Nähe dort und hatten nur einen Tag zur Verfügung uns ein Bild zu verschaffen .
