Miły personel, który zaczekał po 23:00 na nasze przybycie. Podziemny parking. Bardzo komfortowe pokoje, w pieknym zabytkowym hotelu z widokiem na deptak.

Friendly staff, enthusiasm to improve the hotel and provide more services for clients, readiness to address anything that was needed, pleasant environment with very adequate breakfast. Not part of a chain, so staff are interested in providing personal attention.

Located in the centre of Esch.

I had a room on the first floor and another guest on that floor was a smoker. I woke up with a headache due to the smell in my room. I booked the hotel because it was located in the centre and because there was a restaurant, but the restaurant was closed for unknown reasons... . The breakfast was nothing I ever have seen: rotten fruit on a plate, cheese and salami that smelled, overcooked coffee, ... . I was happy that I only booked 1 night in this hotel!

Very Clean and rooms were resonably spacious considering it was an older building

The hot water pump had failed and was due to be replaced however the receptionist admitted he forgot to warn us of this problem

It is close to the train station.

I had to carry my suitcases up a ten-step staircase.

I didn't like the neighbourhood. A bit shabby.

We liked the room and some of the facilities. The proprietors were very pleasant and helpful, in contrast to their staff.

The room was very noisy overnight as it faced on to a pedestrian mall and we couldn't sleep with the windows shut as there was no air conditioning and it was very hot overnight. Closing the windows was problematic anyway as one of the latches was broken as were the bathroom door handles which fell off. Breakfast was mixed - on the first day all went well but on the second day all the tables had been left un-cleared so guests were clearing tables themselves and finding cutlery and crockery. Staff were noticeably absent and not very helpful when they did arrive. Parking was problematic, the hotel and parking are part of a tricky one-way and pedestrian mall set up.

The hotel fronts on a pedestrian walkway. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was described as a four star hotel. As such, it did not meet our expectations. There were not the types of services that I would associate with a four star hotel - for example a restaurant, room service, or minibar. I would consider it a nice three star hotel.
