Miły personel, który zaczekał po 23:00 na nasze przybycie. Podziemny parking. Bardzo komfortowe pokoje, w pieknym zabytkowym hotelu z widokiem na deptak.

Friendly staff, enthusiasm to improve the hotel and provide more services for clients, readiness to address anything that was needed, pleasant environment with very adequate breakfast. Not part of a chain, so staff are interested in providing personal attention.

Restaurant is closed on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday. This was not mentioned upfront, which is poor service. Breakfast was as of 7:00 AM, but in reality only as of 7:45. Poor assortiment, way to expensive for Eur 10,- PP.

Located in the centre of Esch.

I had a room on the first floor and another guest on that floor was a smoker. I woke up with a headache due to the smell in my room. I booked the hotel because it was located in the centre and because there was a restaurant, but the restaurant was closed for unknown reasons... . The breakfast was nothing I ever have seen: rotten fruit on a plate, cheese and salami that smelled, overcooked coffee, ... . I was happy that I only booked 1 night in this hotel!

Very Clean and rooms were resonably spacious considering it was an older building

The hot water pump had failed and was due to be replaced however the receptionist admitted he forgot to warn us of this problem

It is close to the train station.

I had to carry my suitcases up a ten-step staircase.

Receptionist offered me free drink to compensate forgotten promise.

Personnel is unprofessional, had to ask for towels for 3 times. When I arrived, the room safe box was closed, I asked receptionist to open it, he promissed to open it the next day but didn't open. The next day I asked again but still no result. I didn't ask anymore. They did forgetting tricks all the time. Breakfast is crap... Tons of children screaming just under your window until 2AM.

Located in a shopping street, easy to find parking. Hotel manager & receptionist was very friendly.

Breakfast costs Euro10 per person, very little choices were provided & quantity was restricted. The person working in the breakfast room was putting out 1 piece of bread, 1 croissant per guest each time a family entered the breakfast room! She was also not friendly & never offered advice on using the coffee machine that operates with tokens until she was approached! Fruits were never topped up so if a family before you emptied the fruit bowl, you will not get your quota allotted to you. It was unbelievable what she was employed to do!

Staff were lovely and took the time to have a chat to us throughout our stay to really make it a perfect stay! Room was great, and breakfast the next morning was lovely! Esch-sur-Alzette is a lovely place to stay and this hotel really makes it!!

It would have been nice to not have to pay for car parking.

The rooms were confortable. Breakfast was great. The location was great and secured car park at reasonable cost. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean place to make your stay.

Lift was rather small.
