Staff does not wear professional uniform, the waiters at the restaurant
are arrogant, food is so-so for what you pay. The gym could be
considered modern in 1991, but not in 2015, and it is very tiny (3
machines), windows don't open. A fantastic pool area is very uncosy,
some nicer sun beds, rearrangement of the plants and maybe a few
beautiful paintings/sculptures would help to freshen up this place.
When you come to the sauna, you discover it is closed, and you need to
inform staff a couple of hours in advance to turn it on and to pay extra
10 Euro per person for using it.... Just make all-inclusive package for
spa, update it and sell for 20 Euro extra per person, then there will be
no room for disappointing guests.
For the breakfast you can go to a lovely inexpensive boulangerie down the street.
This hotel has a great potential: just needs some modernization and more
professional approach. The building looks solid, the pool is well made
(though cold), surrounding is very quiet and the rooms are huge and
comfortable. Free parking available.
