Location and authentic style of the hotel, really fits in with the environs. Extra 10 euro charge for each breakfast was a shock. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere for breakfast. Not worth 10 euros - cold hams, cheeses, cereals and breads. |

The hotel was so close to the castle,the view was great! Our room was very clean and comfortable.The dinner we enjoyed was fantastic! |

We stayed only one night but found the hotel far better than we`d expected; multi lingual staff, beautifully clean & well maintained rooms, interesting photo pictures,comfortable bar all at a reasonable price. |

The hotel was nicely situated, close to the castle of Vianden, with nice views. The staff was really friendly. The rooms were ok, quiet, but the style of the rooms was a bit "old". Bathroom was really big, but also a bit "old style". The style of the rooms. And a hotel with such a good and well-known restaurant could have a bit more exclusive breakfast.. |

Perfect locatio just below the chateau, nice rooms with a modern feel to them. Good bathroom facilities. Not so much the hotel, but the way to the hotel is steep and paved with cobblestones which make going to your hotel a hike rather than a stroll. |

We enjoyed a very good breakfast. The room was a pleasure to use. We were glad of the lift to the second floor. A very pleasant visit to an attractive little town The absence of any hotel parking. The road repair works outside - which is no criticism of the hotel |

Beds were good. Breakfast was good. Shower was bad - no shower curtain, so taking a shower meant flooding the bath room. Toilet looked old. In general, the room looked outdated and needs some renovation. |

Personeel was bijzonder attent en vriendelijk, kamers zijn ietwat gedateerd, maar schoon en netjes. Wij hebben bijzonder lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel !! |

Bij binnenkomst werden wij direct welkom geheten door de eigenaresse van het hotel. Dit was nogwel in onze eigen taal ( Nederlands ) Alles was prima verzorgd. Geen ongetogen woord over het hotel. |

Le personnel gentil-effacé- dévoué soucieux de votre bien être, même question santé, le sens du service est un maître mot; Sans oublier l'extrême gentillesse du Me d'hôtel souriant, volontaire, affable et dynamique, ayant l'œil à tout pour assurer la qualité de votre séjour; Les patrons ont un sens de l'hospitalité très poussé qui se ressent jusque dans la qualité des mets cuisinés par le Patron, avec savoir faire, amour et professionnalisme, et pour cause, depuis 4 générations ils maîtrisent l'art de recevoir, une force qui se ressent dès l’arrivée.
