Exceptionally good cooking at the restaurant, especially for a 30 euros complete menu.
Breakfast was good Bed was confortable
Dust on top of the wardrobe and very big one bunches of it at the entrance of my room.
We were really taken aback by the effort made by the staff at the hotel to make us feel welcome and valued. Having mentioned that we were vegans, we were amazed and delighted at the extensive cruelty free food provided for us at breakfast the next day. Thank you Hotel Restaurant Acacia
The beds were a bit hard
Bathroom - the only newly furnished and clean place in the hotel.
The location is in a dodgy area and I didn't want to leave my car on the street or walk their at dark. Luckily, there is a paid parking nearby. The hotel furnishing is old and not maintained. Overall feel is that the hotel is not clean. The room and the beds are small and very uncomfortable. The breakfast is very simple and even the coffee taste was awful.
When we arrived we asked if there was any soya milk, mentioning that we were a group of vegans. The woman who booked us in said yes and we we were elated! However, when we went for breakfast the next morning we couldn't believe the wonderful vegan food that had obviously been bought in especially for us. There was non dairy yogurts, vegan sausage, tofu and a variety of savoury spreads as well as fresh fruit and cereal. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Acacia management and staff for going the extra mile and catering for our vegan diets.
The beds! they were hard, but actually that did not interfere with my sleep. The room was very quiet and I slept soundly every night.
Everything was top, and besides they offered us a vegan guests plenty of vegan products for breakfast! Really awesome service
Small very personal hotel in the city of Esch. Nice staff, although their English knowledge is extremely limited, and excellent restaurant serving delicious local cuisine.
Rooms not airconditioned.
near the customer hotel helped us to find out a restaurant (a good one) comfortable rooms wifi in the room (free of charge) parking not far from the hotels at reasonable price
small lift not occupied on Sunday English language not common
Clean room with a pretty new bathroom, nice breakfast even if not very various. Good location, very close to the train/bus station . I had a pleasant stay.
Not all the staff speak english.
Good location next to Esch-sur-Alzette train station and within the main town. Friendly front of house staff. Breakfast included in the room rate and the food is decent. Its good for business trips Wi-Fi
Fairly basic and clinical furnishing - overall a tad underwhelming. I wouldn't stay here with my partner for example. No fridge.
no way to park the car no welcome desk not open all the night poor breakfast very tiny room and shower view from the backside window
Warm welcome, Comfy room, excellent restaurant. Enjoyable breakfast. Central location for shops and transport / rail station.
The restaurant next to the hotel was excellent - great food & wine & friendly staff. The hotel staff were friendly.
Room was good and clean, Internet connection OK, kind staff. Central position.
Room was quite good and clean, Internet connection OK, restaurant OK, kind staff at the restaurant, quite cold at the reception. Central position.
Difficult to park in the area, and anyway you have to pay.
Cleanliness, nice service, good breakfeast, easy parking
Excellent location, close to Esch station and main shopping areas. Comfortable, well equipped rooms above smart-looking restaurant. Decent breakfast. A really nice place to stay for anyone visiting Esch, also convenient for Luxembourg city and other places such as Rockhal.
Would have been nice to offer coffee making facilities in the upper class comfort rooms
Clean, good breakfast, nice people, nice bathroom
Furniture, was old style
Restaurant was excellent, food was of a high standard
One word to describe my stay - Stingy. Double bed with a single duvet, no top sheet; no tea/coffee making facilities in room, one small complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast was ok, continental style, but Sunday's offerings were reduced, only one pot of coffee offered and the orange juice ran out frequently and not replaced. Only one member of staff spoke English, she worked in the restaurant in the evening, the lady in charge of the hotel spoke no English at all. Overall a very uncomfortable stay
