lovely, spacious room and a restaurant that may seem pricey at first, but (1) the chef really knows a thing or two about preparing food innovatively and imaginatively, (2) staff have obviously had a very good training and (3) the stunning view of the floodlit castle make this a perfect place to dine for (aspiring) lovers anywhere. The hotel had just been opened after a winter break and consequently corridors and room were cold: heavy sweater time! This will doubtlessly resolve itself in te course of time.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen,boven op de heuvel,met een prachtig zichtop het kasteel van Vianden.Het meubileer is wat verouderd,maar wel goed onderhouden,maar wel heel netjes.Een plus punt,is dat de eigenares,van nederland afkomstig is en onze eigen taal spreekt.Ook heel behulpzaam om de mooieste plekjes aan te wijzen in de omgeving.

Sans commentaires...élogieux( voir ci-dessous ) sauf pour la situation. Cet hotel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles :petit déjeuner sommaire, carte de restaurant très limitée et trop chère, brasserie, qui n'en est pas une, fermée à 18hrs30, tv minuscule, écran cathodique,avec une qualité de réception insuffisante dans la chambre.

Mooi zicht op kasteel van Vianden. Vriendelijk personeel. Voor deze prijs verwacht je een hotel van een hogere klasse. Vergekijbare kamer kost in Duitsland enkele km verder veel minder. Deluxe kamer is ruim maar is overigens een gewone kamer. Het hotel is in orde maar enigszins verouderd en geen 4 sterren waard.

We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en haar personeel. Het eten is er heel lekker en zeer verzorgt. De hulpvaardigheid van de gastvrouw was super. We hadden een deluxekamer geboekt, maar had me dit toch wel wat anders voorgesteld.

Pas digne de ses 4 etoiles. Si vous n'etes pas néerlandophone ou encore mieux Hollandais fuyez !!!.Durant les 5 jours passés là les dosettes de shampoing ou de gel douche n'ont jamais été renouvelées.La fenetre fermait mal ( bruits extérieurs la nuit ),le petit déjeuner buffet était plus que limite (pas d'omelette ou d'oeufs au plat mais des oeufs coque ).Seul point positif la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Marijke ( !!! ) que je suppose etre la patronne de l'établissement.Une évaluation pour moi de 2 voire 3 étoiles maximum.

We hadden 2 kamers geboekt via booking.com. We krijgen echter de slechtste kamer van het hotel. Een van de kamers was een kamer die geconditioneerd was voor gehandicapte klanten, met een stinkende badkamer en daar moesten de jongens slapen. Met hotel manager gesproken en als antwoord gehad dat we standaard kamers hadden geboekt en dat niets anders beschikbaar was. Graag uw reactie hierop. met vriendelijke groet, Izabel Costa

De gastvrije ontvangst, de zorgaamheid voor de gasten. Wij hadden een kamer aan de weg, moesten daarom het raam om 06.00 uur dichtdoen wegens verkeersgeluid.

Vooral personeel super vriendelijk, niets is teveel gevraagd en eten restaurant was van zeer hoog niveau. De stijl van het hotel is niet zo mijn smaak.....het heeft eigenlijk geen bepaalde stijl.

De kamer was ruim,zeer proper en functioneel. Het zicht op het kasteel was zowel bij dag als nacht fantastisch! Het bed was comfortabel, maar de quilt was te dik en synthetisch. We hadden een deluxe kamer geboekt, maar eigenlijk was de kamer - buiten het uitzicht - maar heel gewoon. Het meubilair is functioneel, maar goedkoop. De badkamer was ook maar heel gewoon, wel voldoende handdoeken en toiletries. De wellness spa is goed en netjes. De prijs is niet inbegrepen in de kamer maar kost 7.5 € pp. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Het eten in het restaurant is lekker maar naar mijn oordeel wel prijzig. De ontvangst is hartelijk en men is zeer behulpzaam voor het verstrekken van toeristische informatie. Het meubilair in de kamer is verouderd. Het eten in het restaurant is te duur.

Groesse des Zimmers, Separate Toilette/Bad, Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Restaurant bietet gehobene Küche mit Sterne-Potential. Zimmerlage zur Strasse bei geoeffnetem Fenster laut. Keine Klimaanlage!

Inhaber geführtes Hotel, die Inhaberin ist sehr nett und freundlich und gab gute Tips für die Umgebung. Da wir spät anreisten und die Küche schon geschlossen war, wurde uns angeboten noch eine Käseplatte zurech zu machen um unseren Hunger zu stillen. Natürlich gab es auch ein bis zwei Dinge die uns nicht gefallen haben, aber das liegt allein in seiner persönlichen Natur. Da die positiven Aspekte so sehr herausragten haben wir leider vergessen was uns nicht geviel.
