Leises Hotel außerhalb des Stadtgebiets, in dem wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Der Heizkörper hat die ganze Nacht gegluckert.

Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch sein besonders familiäres Flair aus. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Fernsehen ist ebenfalls am Zimmer, die Zimmer sind groß genug um ein Babybett aufzustellen und sich noch bewegen zu können. Die Lage ist ca. 40 Autominuten von Luxemburg Stadt entfernt. Gegen einen Aufpreis von eur 20,-- kann man dort Abendessen, die Portionen sind sehr groß, das Essen schmeckt fantastisch. Würde jederzeit sofort wieder hinfahren, so ein Preis/Leistungsverhältnis findet man nirgendwo in den benelux. Die Wirtsleute kümmern sich sehr um die Gäste (nur wenn diese das wünschen), und haben gute Tipps für Touristen parat. Wir konnten dadurch Zeit und Geld sparen. Das Frühstück ist gut und es wird viel aufgetischt. Es ist eines der wenigen Hotels, an dem es nichts auszusetzen gibt.

Dieses Hotel ist schon wieder Kult..Einrichtung aus den 70er, ein bisschen kommt man sich vor wie im Museum. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die pappigen Brötchen!

Flexibility to our needs. The hotel opened at the second Christmas day only for us and we were helpful when needed something.

Person at front desk was very nice amd helpful and spoke English. The room was one of the most spacious we have had in Europe. There were English tv channels, private bathroom and shower and small fridge. The breakfast was good and a typical European breakfast and good (juice, coffee, tea, cheese, lunch meat, bread, cereal, milk, jelly). Hotel is very clean. Beds were firm to me but by far not the hardest European beds I have slept in. Great quiet location (30 min from Bastogne, Belgium) from the Battle of the Bulge walk we went on. Would stay here again! Free parking and pets allowed.

Hotel Braas is a cozy family owned hotel. Owners/personnel are very friendly. Rooms are clean and well-sized. Off season there are excellent deals. The breakfast is good. At the bar/living room of the owners, they serve delicious local beers. If you like hikes in the forest, this is a great environment. Was perfect staying here with our three year old.

Being asked to pay in cash for extras (wine and coffee) on a three night stay where the full amount of invoice had already been taken on a debit card. ( we did not have the cash and they produced a credit card machine immediatly) Then finding they had added a futher amount for dinners that had already been paid for, this was adjusted immediatly.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The owners were nice. A little bit of a language barrier. All hotel staff should be able to speak English. One of the owners couldn't speak any English so it was very difficult to communicate.

Quiet, comfortable hotel with very hospitable owners. The family room was large with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers and had everything required.Comfortable beds and pillows a bonus and the mini fridge was very handy to have. Free wifi in the bar. Would definately stay again if travelling in this area.

Our room was so clean and neat, and we had the most wonderful wiev out of the window; the roofs of the houses in the village and the hilly landscape dotted with small villages. Breakfast was very good - and the juice served was Fair Trade. To the prize it won't be better.

Good standard for it's price (50 eur for dbl room with breakfast per night). Nothing special but everything was ok, especially in terms of comfort, location (center of small village, on a top of the hill - nice views), personnel, breakfast, parking

Friendly owners Very cold room (cold spell in summer, but no heating), tired decor, gloomy. Worst bit: the restaurant. Don't eat there (but there is no alternative really in the village). Worst meal I have ever been served(tasted like straight out ouf the tin and insufficiently heated in the microwave) - but charged gourmet prices. Beware!

The hotel manager was very friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and comfortable for a European hotel and we enjoyed the small town we were in- only 20 minutes away from castle ruins and 30 minutes away from Bastogne. There is a cafe and a restaurant in the hotel. Ask for the local beer! The hotel restaurant is expensive (although the food is wonderful). The only other (small) issue was that the pillows, while comfortable, were on the small side and we are used to bigger pillows. We will stay here again but we will bring extra pillows!

Nice staff, very nice breakfast (included), big room and bathroom (a bit old, but ok). Really nice landscape. You need a car if you want to stay in this hotel (30 min from Luxebourg city, and you can park there for a reasonable price). No option for a double bed. WiFi only on the main hall, not on the rooms (but it was free and with a good connection).

Very clean and tidy hotel. Owners very pleasant. We had a meal in the restaurant and the food was excellent also breakfast very nice. The area is very picturesque. Would definately recommend.
