We loved this hotel! It was centrally located and the price was great for a large family room with bunkbeds. The staff was more than nice, most spoke enough English for us even though we spoke no French. Perfect for a hiking/shopping family get away. The dinner menu was pricy and limited but the food was really good. There was nothing for children on the menu but the staff had no problem making something for the kids.

Hotel Braas is a cozy family owned hotel. Owners/personnel are very friendly. Rooms are clean and well-sized. Off season there are excellent deals. The breakfast is good. At the bar/living room of the owners, they serve delicious local beers. If you like hikes in the forest, this is a great environment. Was perfect staying here with our three year old.

Quiet, comfortable hotel with very hospitable owners. The family room was large with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers and had everything required.Comfortable beds and pillows a bonus and the mini fridge was very handy to have. Free wifi in the bar. Would definately stay again if travelling in this area.

Our room was so clean and neat, and we had the most wonderful wiev out of the window; the roofs of the houses in the village and the hilly landscape dotted with small villages. Breakfast was very good - and the juice served was Fair Trade. To the prize it won't be better.

Good standard for it's price (50 eur for dbl room with breakfast per night). Nothing special but everything was ok, especially in terms of comfort, location (center of small village, on a top of the hill - nice views), personnel, breakfast, parking

The hotel manager was very friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and comfortable for a European hotel and we enjoyed the small town we were in- only 20 minutes away from castle ruins and 30 minutes away from Bastogne. There is a cafe and a restaurant in the hotel. Ask for the local beer! The hotel restaurant is expensive (although the food is wonderful). The only other (small) issue was that the pillows, while comfortable, were on the small side and we are used to bigger pillows. We will stay here again but we will bring extra pillows!

Nice staff, very nice breakfast (included), big room and bathroom (a bit old, but ok). Really nice landscape. You need a car if you want to stay in this hotel (30 min from Luxebourg city, and you can park there for a reasonable price). No option for a double bed. WiFi only on the main hall, not on the rooms (but it was free and with a good connection).

it is a bit far from the city but very relaxing and quite. the room was clean big and easy accessed. breakfast was a bit poor but good service. it is far from the city if u want to go to eat or shop the nearest city is about 20 mins drive and 45 mins to the main city.

De eigenaar doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De eerste avond konden we vanwege een familiefeest niet dineren in het hotel zelf. Omdat we met de motor waren, konden we een auto lenen om naar het dichtsbijzijnde dorp te rijden en daar te eten! Wij waren met de motor en die konden we onder ons hotelkamerraam parkeren, dan slaap je net iets lekkerder. Luxemburg is een paradijsje voor Nederlandse motorrijders. Mooie & goede wegen en fijne bochtjes! Verwacht geen luxe voor deze prijs, maar gewoon kwaliteit. Het ontbijt is prima. De hotelkamers zijn groot en alles is aanwezig: douche, aparte wc, twee aparte eenpersoonsbedden, kledingkasten, tv en koelkastje. In het café is er gratis wifi en kan je naborrelen. In principe was het een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Nadeel vonden wij, dat er beneden in het café gerookt mag worden. En de bedden zijn wat hard. En in de omgeving van het hotel zelf is verder weinig te beleven, geen restaurants of café. Dan moet je echt de auto pakken. Wel mooie omgeving voor wandeling. Verder een prima hotel en aardige eigenaars!

Vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar en personeel. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer goed ontbijt. Parking is vrij. Netheid van de kamers. Interieur is verouderd. Alles ziet er wel een beetje triest uit maar is wel goed onderhouden. Meer kwestie van smaak denk ik. In de kamer hetzelfde. De douche, met douchegordijn, was ook een beetje verouderd. Zou eventueel wel een opknapbeurt mogen hebben. Maar ook weer begrijpelijk qua prijs!

Alles , behalve de locatie / en de sortering van het ontbijt. Sobere,beetje gedateerde uitstraling van het hotel. Wel is alles goed verzorgd, Schone kamer, rustige, en mooie omgeving. Prima plek voor een paar dagen weg.Zou zo teug gaan. De lokatie en de sortering van het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Erg ongezellige ruimte.
