The hotel is very nice if a bit aged. The staff are very kind and helpful but their English is limited. I was disappointed to find out that the pictures of sauna and gym on the hotel page refer to facilities in the nearby spa, not in the hotel itself -- and there is an additional charge for access to them.

La proximite de l'endroit ou nous devions nous rendre. Le prix est intéressant également. A noter que les chambres (suite double) sont très grandes, trop grandes même. La décoration et la qualité du mobilier sont à revoir. Tout cela est digne d'un 2*, et pas d'un 4*! Le petit déjeuner est trop cher (7,5 euros), alors qu'une boulangerie est juste à côté.

Uns hat die Küche - der Koch ist sehr gut, viel Fisch - und die Bedienung im Restaurant am besten gefallen. Das Personal müsste mehr luxembourgisch sprechen, nicht nur französisch. Die Hotelzimmer sind nicht mit besonderem Konfort ausgestattet aber für einen Kuraufenthalt war es in Ordnung - wenn nur dort geschlafen wird. Im Ort Mondorf les Bains hat das Hotel leider einen schlechten Ruf, es soll angeblich an dem stetigen Personalwechsel/Pächter liegen, wir hatten zu mehreren Bewohner des Ortes Kontakt.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Zusatzbett für 90€ plus 25€ für das Zusatzbett inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Das Hotelpersonal an der Reception war über meine Reservierung und die vereinbarten Preise nicht informiert. In einer mehr als halbstündigen Diskussion wurde immer wieder behauptet, das Zimmer koste 120€, plus Frühstück für 2 Personen und nocheinmal 80€, plus Frühstück für die dritte Person. Erst nach mehreren Telefonaten mit der Geschäftleitung (?) akzeptierte man widerwillig unsere Reservierung zu den vereinbarten Konditionen. Die Diskussion wurde dadurch erschwert, daß die Mitarbeiterin an der Reception ausschliesslich Französisch sprach.

het enige dat nog een beetje meeviel was het ontbijt. Dit hotel is zeker geen 4 sterrren waard!!! Het hotel wordt niet goed onderhouden. Op onze kamer waren 2 klinken van de ramen kapot waardoor men het venster niet goed kon afsluiten. TV stond in afzonderlijke ruimte zodat je niet in bed tv kon kijken. In de badkamer stond een goedkoop kunststofmeubeltjel ook de lavabo was in hetzelfde goedkope kunststof vervaardigd. Slechte matras op het bed, elke morgend pijn in de rug.Ik kan er niet bij dat dit hotel viersterren gekregen heeft en nog steeds heeft.

Große Zimmer, Sauberkeit. Einigermaßen freundliches Personal. Personal sprach nur französisch. Gesamteindruck des Gebäudes eher mäßig. Frühstücksbuffet bescheiden: Viele Beilagen vorgepackt, wenig Frischware, Kaffee nur aus dem Vorratsbehälter, keine Bedienung.

La suite était spacieuse et agréable L'hôtel et ses équipements sont trop simples pour un 4 étoiles. La réceptionniste doit s'occuper de l'accueil mais également du petit déjeuner et du ménage de la réception...

Hôtel avec un accueil très chaleureux, chambre spacieuse avec coin salon (suite 35m2). Très propre. Séjour très agréable. éQuivaut à un bon deux étoiles en France, ascenseur ancien, mobilier dans le salon mais pas de "vaisselle" ni beaucoup de déco. Pas de mini-bar.

L'accueil à mon arrivée, personnel très agréable, la superficie de la suite, très agréable, le calme dans l'hotel, l'ambiance générale. La chambre est, du point de vue déco et ameublement, simple et dépouillée, ce qui, personnellement me convient très bien car l'espace prédomine. Tout est propre et lumineux.
