Clean, new, properly equipped, close to the interstate. Will be a great hotel when it is finished being constructed. Yes, the back side of the hotel was still under construction and was extremely noisy early in the morning. |

Restaurant was very good. Hotel was very new & modern. Location is excellent for travellers arriving with car and it is situated in the scenic Moselle valley. There was some noise from the construction work on Saturday morning, which should be temporary, though. Being in Grevenmacher, I would have expected to see Bernard Massard in the minibar. In addition, the bath towels were small - which is typical, so it's not something this hotel should be balmed for in comparison with other hotels. |

Het meedenken van het personeel, dat vloeiend engels spreekt en het reeds in de kamer beschikbaar zijn van het babybedje waar we vantevoren om verzocht hadden. Als men de 'oude' opgedroogde spetters op de badkamerdeur had verwijderd, dan had men voor het onderdeel "Properheid van de kamer" van ons de classificatie 'uitstekend' gekregen, nu is het bij 'goed' gebleven. |

Het comfort, de stilte gedurende de nacht, het ontbijtbuffet en de professionaliteit van (het grootste deel van) het baliepersoneel. Een deel van het baliepersoneel vond ik iets minder bekwaam en duidelijk. Wellicht dat groepstrainingen het peroneel meer uit- en inwisselbaar kunnen maken. |

Goede en vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie, propere kamers en alles wat iemand voor een zakenreis nodig heeft (waaronder een parking). Niet tevreden is overdreven maar voor een 4 sterren hotel mag het ontbijtbuffet iets meer posities hebben. |

Alle kamers liggen aan de acherkant met uitzicht op een weiland; heerlijk rustig.( Er worden aan de voorkant wel nieuwe kamers bijgebouwd.) Mooi meubilair. Gratis parkeergarage. Fantastisch aan de snelweg gelegen, dus ideaal voor een tussenstop. Heerlijk ontbijt Rooklucht in de hal |

L'accueil y est très chaleureux et le personnel se plie en quatre pour vous servir. Nous avions manqué l'heure du petit-déjeuner buffet et ils nous ont improvisé un petit-déjeuner servi à table pour que nous ne partions pas le ventre vide ! Rien. A noter qu'ils sont en ce moment en plein travaux d'agrandissement. Toutefois, nous n'avons pas été importunés par le bruit ou la poussière. |

Uitstekend hortel, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel en dit zowel aan de receptie als in het uitstekend restaurant. Gastronomische keuken en rustig maar heel centraal (op 300m van afrit autostrade Luxemburg - Trier) gelegen. Vanuit de kamer uitzicht op weilanden. |

Die zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage direkt an der Autobahn, man ist in kürzester Zeit in Trier bzw. Luxemburg- Stadt. Ausserdem ist das Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. |

Es ist leicht zu erreichen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett. Die Tiefgarage ist geräumig und kostet nichts. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind hoch. Es gab leider keinen Schrank um die Kleidung aufzuhängen. Das sind wir nicht gewöhnt und hat uns deshalb auch gar nicht gefallen. Deswegen konnten wir bei "Komfort" auch nicht sehr gut ankreuzen. Wir haben es allerdings auch nicht bemängelt im Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes. |
