The value for money was really good. 112 Euro for 2 nights for 2 persons is very nice. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and the free WiFi was quite a surprise because it's not done that often.

I really like to open up a (bedroom) window every now and then. Not being able to, although quite understandable as to why, I felt a little cooped up in the room.

On a more positive note: Beds were very good.

Air condition did not work properly. Room was hot and sticky. Room is advertised as having air condition. Window could not be opened. Complained about air conditioning at reception. Was told "this is just normal". Asked to have window opened. Grumpy man with screwdriver and constantly on his mobile phone opened it slightly. Asked for a key for the window. This was not possible "we only have one for the whole hotel". Toilet seat was loose. No tissues in dispenser. Paper thin towels. A typical airport hotel. Clients possibly mainly one- nighters and bus parties. Reception staff needs customer service training.

The room was well furnished. The hotel is very close to the airport (15 minutes by feet) so it is the best choice for those who have a flight early in the morning.

Staff working at the restaurant was very rude (I asked 3 times a coffee that I have never received!). Quality and taste of food were poor.

The fitness room

The windows could not be opened and it was very warm in the room.

Excellent location, walking distance from the airport, bus stop right outside for easy access into Luxembourg city centre. Breakfast was expensive, but very good. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Hotel nice and quiet and warm, even in freezing weather. Good room, nice big shower. Clean bathroom. Free Wifi and PC's for internet use in reception.

Generally it was excellent for the price. The room had quite a lot of dust on the floor, but otherwise it was very clean. The breakfast was also perhaps a little overpriced, but otherwise a very good experience. We would certainly stay here again.

This is a new Ibis, but it is an Ibis, so you know what to expect. The best features are being new, the free parking and the rate. If you do not mind staying near the airport and a 15 minute bus ride from the city center, this is a good deal for a short visit to Luxembourg City. The bus stop is adjacent to the hotel and you can pay the fare to the driver (1,5 euro). Very convenient. The hotel is quiet and we were not disturbed by airplane sounds. The staff was friendly but needs better training. Not up to the standards of better hotels but, as I said, it is an Ibis.

The bar food was very poor

The hotel was near the location were the business event we had to attend took place. This way we could sleep a litlle longer ;-).

Free shuttle to the airport and Kirchberg. 10 minutes by bus from the city center to the hotel. Large, clean room. Pleasant bar with good service. Friendly staff.

No mini-bar in the room. Crowd because of tour buses.

Difficult to see from road as trees blocked the sight of the sign. We did advised the hotel on teh booking form that we were traveling with two children and requested an extra bed - we were put in a small room with a double bed our son had to sleep on the floor.

Ibis as Ibis, basic but clean. Receptionist was very helpful as, eventhough they have no bicycle storage, he suggested to put our bikes next to the reception window where they were save.
