The bar is open 24 hrs, a day. Our room was made up very nicely. The windows did not open. The breakfast was unedible and for 14 euros. There should be free wifi as a perk for choosing that hotel. |

The hotel was well priced, clean and comfortable. Perfectly pitched at 3 star level. Great location off the main highway, so perfect for a stopover whilst driving. |

Convenient stopping point en-route from Dunkirk to Switzerland Yes.I asked for an extra pillow, the young man in reception called me to say he could not find one.I was very upset as I have a medical condition and must sleep with three pillows.The next day when paying my account I mentioned it at reception but they were not helpful! Why all your advertising "it you cannot fix a complaint within 15 minutes"........ |

Cleanliness of the room. Breakfast area could be improved. Too many tables and the area is to small to accomodate all guests. |

very clean, neat the staff at the reception made mistakes with the invoices, for both me and my colleague; even after explanations, it was hard to get an 'clean' bill; i'd prefer that breakfast were included; |

It's close to the highway. Good breakfeast. Value for money. The only problem is the hard beds........ Yes, the bed is too hard! Also I would like a smaller and softer pillow. |

De kamer is netjes met een goed bed en prima douchegelegenheid, airco werkte minder goed. Bij aankomst moesten we een deposit van 120 euro betalen (???) welke later werd verrekend met de totale rekening. Het ontbijt is belachelijk duur, 15 euro per persoon. Opgeteld bij de kamerprijs ben je daardoor toch duur uit en geeft een gevoel alsof je in de val bent gelopen! Net zoals bij vliegtickets zou ik liever een all-in prijs zien zodat ik van tevoren weet hoeveel ik kwijt ben aan een overnachting. Wij zullen om deze reden geen IBIS hotel meer boeken. |

goed te vinden op de snelweg naar Frankrijk..heel handig voor een nacht stop de kamer was slecht beschermt tegen het lawaai dat van de snelweg kwam. Ons niet roker kamer stinkte naar rook. |

De ligging is heel gunstig gelegen langs de route België - Frankrijk/Duitsland/Zwitserland. De keuken was tot een prettig tijdstip open. Het ontbijt is erg matig. Dit is onder andere te wijten aan de slechte oplos-koffie en matige kwaliteit vruchtensappen. |
