The bar is open 24 hrs, a day. Our room was made up very nicely. The windows did not open. The breakfast was unedible and for 14 euros. There should be free wifi as a perk for choosing that hotel. |

The hotel was well priced, clean and comfortable. Perfectly pitched at 3 star level. Great location off the main highway, so perfect for a stopover whilst driving. |

Convenient stopping point en-route from Dunkirk to Switzerland Yes.I asked for an extra pillow, the young man in reception called me to say he could not find one.I was very upset as I have a medical condition and must sleep with three pillows.The next day when paying my account I mentioned it at reception but they were not helpful! Why all your advertising "it you cannot fix a complaint within 15 minutes"........ |

la facilité d'accès Nous trouvons le prix exagéré par rapport à l'hôtel Etap juste à côté qui est pratiquement à la moitié du prix ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui est beaucoup trop cher à l'Ibis. Ceci surtout si l'on désire juste faire une étape sur la route d'un voyage. De plus 1O€ pour un petit chien c'est trop! |

Personal sehr nett un unkompliziert. Sehr saubere ZImmer und Bad. Zu enge zu keine ZImmer,trotz zwei Personen Buchung war ein drittes Bett im ZImmer und dadurch noch enger. Sehr laut da an der Autobahn. |

Bereikbaarheid, netjes, geen geleuter aan de balie, rekening houdende met de opmerkingen, ... De ramen konden oorspronkelijk niet open... na wat aandringen vond men de sleutels van het raam dan toch! |

Vlotte correcte afhandeling, gezellige indruk bij binnenkomst, prima hotel voor kortdurend verblijf/op doorrijs. De ligging brengt met zich mee dat er door ons enige hinder ondervonden wordt van de snelweg. |

Uudehkon hotellin siisti pieni huone riitti hyvin yhden yön pikaiseen yöpymiseen. Automatkailijalle kohtuullinen etäisyys kaupungista ja ilmainen paikoitus. Kalsea sijainti moottoritien varressa. Jatkuva liikennevirta ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt ikkunan ollessa suljettuna. Persoonaton yleisilme, huoneessa kokolattiamatto ja moduulikylpyhuone. |

De ligging -Bij aankomst 18H00 waren de bedden van de aan mij toegewezen kamer nog niet ververst !! Ze hebben me een andere kamer gegeven....er werden geen excuses aangeboden ! Keuken van Restaurant 'Estaminet' beneden alle peil !! Eten niet vers...lange wachttijden....verkeerde afrekening enz... |

Accès rapide, situation géographique intéressante, mais j'aurais du mal à écrire 15 mots positifs sue cet hôtel, comparativement aux autres établissements que je fréquente régulièrement depuis presque 20 ans au Grand-Duché. Parking insuffisant, et les emplacements à l'arrière ne sont pas carrossables. Personnel peu agréable à la réception. Restaurant basique et cher pour des plats "de série". Fenêtres de la chambre fermées à clé donc impossibilité d'aérer par temps chaud. Petit déjeuner: plus de jus à 8h, croissants écrasés dans le panier. |

Positief was dat het makelijk bereikbaar was,nette en goede kamers. Het eten in het restaurant was rondom slecht, het bedienend personeel ,vondt ik ronduit onbeschoft, en on nadenkend. |

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, wenngleich die BRötchen für deutsche Verhältbisse relativ klein waren. Aber lecker waren sie trotzdem. Abends an der Bar hat der Service relativ lange gedauert, besonders am Sonntag abend, auch schon bevor die Nationalmannschaft eingecheckt hat. |

la chambre le fait que l'internet en wifi dans les parties communes soit payant ! dans beaucoup d'hôtels c'est devenu gratuit dans les espaces communs et maintenant dans les chambres. |
