Good location in very pleasant town of Clervaux, ideal for touring in both Germany and Belgium. Spacious rooms and almost grand breakfast room and restaurant. Having stayted in three other 3 star hotels on this trip this was byu far the best (and the other weren't bad) would be interesting to know why not classifed a 4 start |

Staff is very kind. Hotel is nice. Room is very big and clean, and is very well insolated against rumour from outside. Swimming pool is perfect . We did not do any spa, so no opion on this. Restaurant is nice. Direct access to garage is quite easy. Some more facilities to put things (cloths, etc) in or on in the bed- and washingroom would be a + (there is place enough. Resto: not all dishes are of an excellent quality. Garage is a bit tiny for big cars and/or drivers who are not so good in driving in very small places. |

Un manque d'information claire concernant l'accès à la piscine sauna etc. Certes tout semblait très bien, mais difficile de rencontrer le personnel préposé à ces activités. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous voulions aller à la piscine et nous nous sommes rendus pour prendre renseignements ensuite à peine revenu à notre chambre pour prendre nos maillots et revenir à l'accueil de la piscine on nous signale qu'exceptionnellement l'accès à la piscine est fermé. (juste 10 min après notre passage ! Manque d'organisation à ce niveau. |

Prima hotel met uitstekende ligging. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer ruime (superior) comfortabele kamer. Wellness faciliteiten aan te raden! Het eten in het restaurant was prima (brasserie niet geprobeerd) in een mooie, enigszins sjieke entourage. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! |

Zeer goed ontvangst aan receptie bij aankomst. Vriendelijk personeel, iedereen doet zeer goed zijn best om Nederlands te spreken. Snelle bediening in brasserie, goede kaart in het restaurant, Zeer goe ontbijtbufet. ruime kamer en badkamer. Niet echt een ontevredenheid, juist een opmerking: spijtig dat er beneden geen zithoekje was met zeteltjes. |

Ontbijt was in orde, voldoende keuze. Wellnessgedeelte was super. Personeel was vriendelijk. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Clerveaux is aangenaam met enkele bezienswaardigheden ter plekke (Tentoonstelling Family of Man is een aanrader). Enkele fijne, goed aangegeven wandelingen zijn uitgestippeld vertrekkend vanuit het centrum. |
