Good size house, rooms ok size. TV with international news channel. Close to Geneva by car even if the hotel is locatred just over the border in France. Helpful receptionist. One minor thing, there was only 1 toilet down stairs so if people need to use the toilet at night they have to walk downstairs. |

Very good restaurant and central location The room and bathroom were very small and the stair access was narrow and steep. Parking was very difficult and the hotel was hard to find, it being in a pedestrian precinct which was not made clear in the booking. |

They gave us a big room rooms were very dated and dirty (cobwebs in corners, nothing dusted) and the door looks like it had been broken into at some point. We were on the 3rd floor so that is 6 flights of curved stairs to climb with bags. Breakfast woman was nice enough but the quality of the food was marginal. Enitre place smelled of smoke. |

Excellent staff, everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Great food too, would definitely recommend the Menu de Fetes. Very clean. Welcoming, family-run feel to the hotel. Perfect location in the centre of town and well worth reserving the parking (locked garages available). Dated furniture & decoration but we were aware of this when we booked. The room was a little small but very clean and cosy. No lift but the friendly staff helped us carry the cases upstairs! |

The room was quite comfortable and the restaurant food was good. The staff were all very helpful. There was no shower in the bathroom. There was a bathtop with a shower head but it doesn't hand up on the wall. Internet reception in the rooms was not as good as in the bar area. |

Everything was perfect with this hotel, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and cozy, the location was perfect and the restaurant was top notch. We will be going back, hopefully soon! |

The room was non-smoking, but there was no mistaking the smell of a smoker, which was being "masked" by fresh scented flowers and popourri. It was dark and gloomy inside the room. |

personeel liep mee een aantal trappen op naar kamer om koffer te brengen. fatsoenlijk gebruik kunnen maken van de douche zonder er een waterballet van te maken en de hoofdkussens waren erg zacht (zakte je in weg) |
