La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel.Une cuisine très raffinée et une carte des vins exceptionnelle.Une très grande propreté.La literie est vraiment confortable.Ambiance chaleureuse de l'hôtel en général. L'éclairage des chambres est à revoir...Le buffet 'petit déjeuner' manque un peu de variété. |

Tout était parfait dans l'hôtel Nous avons pris le menu découverte, nous avons été un peu déçu car il y avait un peu trop de poissons au menu par rapport à l'endroit où nous étions. Mais tout était très beau et nous avons été très bien conseillés pour le choix des vins |

lekker eten, rustig, omgeving met veel gemarkeerde wandeling, vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel Er kan blijkbaar alleen gastronomisch gegeten worden, wat helemaal niet onze bedoeling was en ruim buiten ons budget. De ontbijtruimte is een mooie serre, maar erg onfris. Hoewel de prijzen niet van de laagste zijn, moet er voor fruitsap en een eitje nog bijbetaald worden.Douchen moet je doen met de sproeikop in de hand. Het hotel ligt niet waar het op de kaart van booking.com is aangegeven. Het ligt tegenover hotel Brimer, vlak aan de Sauer. |

La qualité de la cuisine à la carte etait tout à fait excellente...et le personnel très serviable ...mais pour le reste, cet hôtel est très moyen au niveau des chambres.. Recommandation pour des gens pas trop difficiles Le niveau des chambres est très moyen, sauf leur surface....éclairage faiblard, appuis de fenêtres en plastique, stores déchirés, télévisions de mauvaise qualité ( réception noir/blanc pour des chaînes françaises,...) petites poubelles sanitaires sans pédale (cassée), pommeau de douche basic et ne fonctionnant pour une chambre qu'en mode faible, pas de prise de courant dans une salle de bain, pas de sèche-cheveux dans une chambre et un sèche cheveux antédiluvien dans l'autre (fixé au mur, il faut se mettre à genoux pour se sècher les cheveux), quantité de savon et shampoing calculés au mg, pas d'ascenseur et couloirs mal éclairés, documentation touristique un peu faible à mon point de vue, le buffet du petit déj. est peu diversifié, |

Prima kamer met grote badkamer. Prima bedden. Op de site van Bookings.com is de ligging van dit hotel op de plattegrond en via de sateliet aangegeven net buiten Berdorf. Dit is echter niet de plaats. Het hotel ligt aan de doorgaande weg naar Echternach in het plaatsje Grundhof! Wij hadden dit hotel gekozen omdat we wandelingen wilden maken vanuit Berdorf. |

J'ai apprécié L'agneau préparé en trois façons. La viande relève d'une superbe qualité. Dans l'assiette tout était parfait. Hôtel assez triste. Le personnel fait bien son travail . Seulement les serveurs sont assez tendus, peu souriants. |

het hotel ligt heel centraal voor uitstapjes in Klein Zwitserland de luxe comfoirt kamer die wij hadden, zat direct achter de muur waar ons bed stond een supergrote afzuig van de keuken te loeien tot 23.15 uur ;s nachts. veel geluidshinder hiervan.het bed trilde zelfs! |

Het is een heel mooie streek. Prachtige wandelpaden die prima aangeduid zijn. De badkamer was veeeel te groot, de sproeiknop was defect, niet luxueus ingericht. De slaapkamer was prima. |

De kamers waren heel erg proper en ook wel fijn was de kamernaam. Onze kamer noemde 'Lisboa'. Hoewel gelegen aan een hoofdbaan, was het er erg rustig. Vanaf het hotel was je dadelijk in de pure natuur. Wij houden meer van gemoedelijkheid. We werden prima bediend, maar voor ons hoeft deze stijve manier niet...Ontbijt mocht iets uitgebreider voor de prijs van de kamer. |
