very unreliable air-conditioning and to add to that there was not even a fan in the room. The sink was outside in the sleeping area. The toilet was a small closet. The shower was even smaller closet. Nothing in the vicinity such as a garden park or a good pub.

The Location of the Hostel/Hotel is awesome, the country side with a beautiful view of Airport makes it more comfortable. The Atmosphere is friendly, Staff, Rooms, Breakfast and every thing was Excellent.

A shower door does not perfectly close resulting in the water ingress to the room a bit.

Great location - you can walk to LUX airport terminal (or take shuttle from hotel.) Slept well, very adequate facilities for a budget option at an airport. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Bus stop into the city directly in front of the hotel.

Breakfast room opened at 6:30 on a Monday even though it's posted for 6:00 M-Fr. Breakfast "buffet" OK but fairly limited for 7.50€ price. Breakfast dude (older guy) was a grouch.

There is everything you need for 1 night staying. Small room with bed and shower corner. Simple standard, nothing more.

No posibility to open the window, air conditioning - no possibility to turn off, very noisy guests, leaking out toilet.

Good room - clean hotel - good communications into town

It side of things was really dreadful - computer system down on arrival, and it took and hour to settle the bill at the end either because staff did not understand the front office computer system or that system not working properly. It would have helped greatly if breakfast information was collected at the time at breakfast and not by check out staff asking whether any breakfasts had been taken two days after the event while computing the chek out. Front offices appeared short staffed at critical times. If staff do not speak and understand English well, it might help if a colleague that does is on hand in complicated situations.

expensive restaraunt. not alot of selection...menu of the day was sold out by 7pm and the hotel was sold out...waiters not very friendly...

I came to Luxembourg to go to a dogshow, so I had dogs with me. After having stayed at the Stand'inn the night before, the ibis sure felt like a luxury compared to that... And for the same price. Thank you for not overcharging for having dogs, my room had plenty of space, I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed and ready for the show. I will come again next year

Waiting to get my things in the elevator . But that's normal with so many dogpeople with all the stuff that comes with having showdogs at the same hotel. Would have liked a little more selection for the breakfast for that price. Will not pay for the breakfast next time I come.

The front desk was closed and you needed to use the hotel next door to check in. The hotel is very basic with very basic rooms, towels are more like sheets, shower is open to the whole family room. One small television is not in the room with the bunk beds for the kids.

Cheaper, when compared with other hotels in Luxembourg, although not very cheap having the budget class in mind.

Not so clean (room and hotel in general). Very small toilet and shower cabins. Shower door is made of glass and doesn't give you much privacy when there's someone else in the room.

Really very cheaper price hotel. And bus station is just walk 1min. (Front of hotel) so this hotel is really just matched to only yoong visitor and just stay in one day or two days visitors. Anothor merit is nothing.

Cleaning sound noise is very loud. And this noise is very earlier in the morning. (8:00Am to 10am) so keep sleep passanger have nerves. This noise stay just 1hours over.

Did what it said on the can: basic, no-frills—but clean and comfortable—accommodation just a stone's throw fro Luxembourg airport, with good free parking and free WiFi (all too often the hidden cost in the budget business hotel sector), and friendly service.

WiFi needed to be reconnected every 20 minutes or so—no big deal, to be honest.

Excellent value for money. Clean and technocratic.

Location was perfect. Great for getting to the aiport. Could see it from the window and never heard any noise from the planes at all! Only a short bus journey from the city too.
