Great facilities and service. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely be my hotel of choice for next trips to Luxembourg.

A bit outside the city center, 15 minutes walk. This may be a minus should one come for a city trip.

Really comfortable bed. Friendly service. 'Extras' with superior room (though unfortunately we didn't take advantage of them all!). Handy car park next door.

We were left a complimentary bottle of water but no way of opening it! The shower wasn't as good as I would expect for such a good standard hotel - small shower head. The towels were a bit worn and slightly grubby looking, though I am certain they were clean.

Extremely slow internet.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are very nice. And the breakfast is truly fantastic! The personnel is very friendly and helps you with everything. A special compliment for the personnel at the breakfast! Even when they are extremely busy, they take a moment to welcome you in a nice way.. Suggestion for the hotel might be to move the dining room for the evening to the breakfast room because the view to the outside is much better.

A few more tables for guests that like to work on their pc in the lobby would be welcomed. Maximise the splendid outside views wherever possible. And ask the municipality to better signpost the walk to the city centre from the hotel..

Very attentive stuff, we travelled with our 3 months old baby and mentioned this on our booking; even if it was not requested they gave us a big room with a baby bed:) and as we arrived on my birthday, I received a lovely dessert in the room :)

Not easy to find the hotel, the location is a bit hidden

A remote location,but it is easy to take a bus to the city center.

When I booked the room on Booking.com, it clearly stated on the website that breakfast was included. I did not notice that the reservation confirmation email stated breakfast was not included. At check-in the clerk was nice but said all he could do was offer us breakfast at 22 Euro each or 50 Euro for an upgraded room with free drinks in the bar and breakfast. Free drinks were very limited and breakfast was ok but worth no more than 10 Euro each. Overall, this made an otherwise nice hotel a bit disappointing.

Awesome buffet, very friendly and helpfull staff. The room is very comfortable even with three people. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated. Beautiful views.

The gps keeps sending you to the wrong route, but once you figured it out it is actually very easy to arrive from the city to the hotel. On the jfk there are even signs pointing you to the hotel.

The room, views from the cliff, and the spa, materials, comfort details in the room and spa, and Eco-friendly design, stuff and in general everything was ok.

Did not have enough slippers for the spa, and Lithuanians are not Russians, as we got map of the Oldtown in Russian, and the gratitude to e-mail after vising in Russian as well and I poorly understand Russian. Although the stuff all the time was communicating with us in English and that was good.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing hotel.

The hotel staff were excellent and I heard at least four languages being spoken while at reception. The room was big and luxurious in style, very modern, and very quiet, with a large modern bathroom.The hotel is two minutes' walk from the MUDAM museum of modern art.

The price of breakfast! 20 euros!

Everything, but I did not eat the food. The Breakfast was €20 for one night, but you would get a 50% discount if you joined their frequent user program.

No parking, It was only €15 for 24hrs, but it all adds up.

Top-hospitality at perfect location (near musea and city-center easily to be reached by bus)
