Breakfast was good. Hotel is close to the railway station.

The room was too small. The bed took up most of the space. The bed actually almost blocked the opening of the door. One night I hit my head on the corner of the television which was in a dangerous position. I had a nasty cut which was bleeding. I complained to the manager who was dismissive and took no action. The room only had a couple of tiny windows and it felt more like a prison. We travel a lot and this was a very disappointing experience. We expected more of a Mercure hotel and will not use this hotel group again.

Wifi Internet was free and the breakfast was reasonable.

The hotel is located nearby the central station, but it is not the city centre. It was confusing.

This hotel was very good value. The double room was on the small side but was very efficiently designed to make it work well. The staff was friendly and helpful; everything was in top condition. The parking (as long as you have a small car) is worth every cent - it is convenient, secure and at a reasonable rate. Neighborhood location is not the best but it is a short walk into city centre and having made the trek during the day and night, we always felt safe. Very convenient to the train station. Not a luxury hotel but very comfortable for a short stay and I would highly recommend.

Street is not the best. Request a quiet room.

Parking was very tight for a large car and could not be booked in advance and was not available first night. Very expensive internet which most Irish Hotels offer for free

The room was very small so that it was difficult to move in the room itselef.

Actually there wasn't much time for nothing else than sleeping. I liked the style of bathroom.

We stayed here two years ago and everything was just as nice this time. It's clean and comfortable with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with a wide choice of foods. Its close to the station and not too far to walk into the city centre.

I liked it. The room was light and big, the breakfast rich and tasty. It was also very quiet, although the hotel is in a vivid area around the Gare.

Free internet would not load any webmails and other popular sites - it was all cut off via firewall settings. Unpleasant.

hotel staff were polite and helpful. aircon was good and the wifi worked well. room was clean.

room was really small. when you open the door to the hotel the bed is next to the door and it spans from one wall and almost touches the other side! so it was difficult to move around in the room. bathroom was small also. for the price the room was definitely not for the average to large sized person due to its small size. parking lot was cramped as well.. typically only for small cars which is not clear on the website.

The hotel was clean and offered an excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

The rooms were a little on the small side, especially if you've got a travel cot to fit into it.

The room was pleasant with an excellent shower, the staff were very accommodating. It is within walking distance from the city centre.

I can see why it's location, near to the station, would put people off. However it is a really nice, affordable hotel.

Reasonable location, close to train station, nice little supermarket around the corner, fairly cheap.

The room was so small - I read the reviews before I went and thought I could cope with it, but the cramped size of the bathroom was just ridiculous. Not a room you would want to spend any time in. Seedy area, noisy out on the street at the front of the Hotel at night. Wish I had paid a little more and stayed elsewhere!
