I greatly appreciated the free wifi connection. The restaurant tips from the reception personnel were also very valuable. Room size is on the small side. |

staff really friendly - excellent; very good internet access; very good location for seeing the city or shopping the car park was really narrow (but we were warned), no coffee facilities in room;breakfast was overpriced at 14Euro; |

Helpful friendly staff, clean and comfortable Being right near to sex shops and having prostitues standing round the corner. Seems to be a bit of a red light area...Friends room needed the bed moving to fully open the door!! A bit too cramped. |

Breakfast was good. Hotel is close to the railway station. The room was too small. The bed took up most of the space. The bed actually almost blocked the opening of the door. One night I hit my head on the corner of the television which was in a dangerous position. I had a nasty cut which was bleeding. I complained to the manager who was dismissive and took no action. The room only had a couple of tiny windows and it felt more like a prison. We travel a lot and this was a very disappointing experience. We expected more of a Mercure hotel and will not use this hotel group again. |

Wifi Internet was free and the breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is located nearby the central station, but it is not the city centre. It was confusing. |

Very easy to find from the motorway, not too far from the historical city centre. Reasonably baby-friendly, despite a couple of steps at the entrance of the hotel. The room was really, really tiny for a family with a baby. Also, the exit of the parking was way too cramped -- practically impossible without damaging your car. I honestly wonder how visitors with larger cars than ours would take that exit. |

This hotel was very good value. The double room was on the small side but was very efficiently designed to make it work well. The staff was friendly and helpful; everything was in top condition. The parking (as long as you have a small car) is worth every cent - it is convenient, secure and at a reasonable rate. Neighborhood location is not the best but it is a short walk into city centre and having made the trek during the day and night, we always felt safe. Very convenient to the train station. Not a luxury hotel but very comfortable for a short stay and I would highly recommend. Street is not the best. Request a quiet room. |

Close to City Centre, modern and helpful staff Parking was very tight for a large car and could not be booked in advance and was not available first night. Very expensive internet which most Irish Hotels offer for free |

the breakfast was really good, the room was clean and the staff very kind the room was very small and pretty noisy if you want to sleep with the window open. the towels are changed every day (no option to keep them if you don't need them to be changed). |

We stayed here two years ago and everything was just as nice this time. It's clean and comfortable with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with a wide choice of foods. Its close to the station and not too far to walk into the city centre. |

The location near the railway station was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The room was a little small but fine for what we needed. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. |

I liked it. The room was light and big, the breakfast rich and tasty. It was also very quiet, although the hotel is in a vivid area around the Gare. Free internet would not load any webmails and other popular sites - it was all cut off via firewall settings. Unpleasant. |

hotel staff were polite and helpful. aircon was good and the wifi worked well. room was clean. room was really small. when you open the door to the hotel the bed is next to the door and it spans from one wall and almost touches the other side! so it was difficult to move around in the room. bathroom was small also. for the price the room was definitely not for the average to large sized person due to its small size. parking lot was cramped as well.. typically only for small cars which is not clear on the website. |
