Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicacion, a cuadras de lo mejor de Luxemburgo, una ciudad fascinante La atencion fue un poco fria, y el cuarto un poco chico para 4 personas como eramos |

la tranquilidad, son muy serviciales, si no tienen una información(por ejemplo sobre autobuses) la buscan y llaman por tí. El buffet estaba muy bien. que un domingo por la noche, no tengan un mínimo para comer porque el restaurante estaba cerrado. Hay que salir y no siempre apetece. Pero hay sitios muy buenos a dos pasos y a lo mejor es una cosa común a todos los hoteles que no ofrezcan restaurante un domingo por la noche. |

The hotel is in very good place. So you can easily go anywhere as it is founded on the center of Luxemburg. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. Air-condition is missing for the rooms. Breakfast is poor for 4 star hotel |

It is not far away from the city center. Breakfast buffet included was quite good. For me it is not a 4-stars hotel. No Air-Conditioning. Small rooms (considering 4-stars) |

Good breakfast and nice restaurants close by. Located near the city center. Had free parking for a motorcycle in a nearby parking facility. Unable to keep window open due to street noise and no air conditioning (only a separate fan with ridiculously fast speed settings). |

I thought the staff were really cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was varied and substantial whilst the room was spacious. Tea/ coffee makaing facilities are always a welcome addition. Only the fact that around the end of the afternoon it got slightly noisy - but once the traffic had dispersed we had quiet nights. |

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are excellent and dinners at the hotel are very good and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is ideal, within walking distance of the train station and the city centre. The rooms facing the street can be noisy but I requested a quiet room facing away from the street and it was very quiet and peaceful. |

Very helpful staff and plesant restaurant with large menu choice. (translated into 3 languages) Breakfast buffet even had bio products. Convenient location for sightseeing.Good Wifi. Feel safe. |

confortable and ver well located near the train station. 15 minutes walk to the old city with restaurants and sites of interests. Very good for business:the hotel offers good IT facilities with use printer free of charge. The reception area. Very small and not very welcoming (the small lounge is on first floor) |

Very good location. Close to the train station, convinient conection with the Airport. Very good bus conection. If you stay in a street side, this is a bit to loud during night, because this is a very main street. |

bus stops for both the airport and the EU buildings just in front of the hotel; cable internet access at a reasonable price (10 euros for 24h not-consecutive) breakfast fine but not very rich; hotel restaurant closed on Sunday; it can't be considered a 4 star hotel: it's nothing more than a 3 star hotel, therefore it's too expensive in my opinion; but, you know, this is Luxembourg... |

The location of the Hotel was very convenient. We stayed on the 4th floor and the view was very nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively small for a three persons |
