The breakfast is lovely (great to be able to enjoy it on a wonderful terrace), food in the restaurant on 1st floor is really good, the fact that we could pay a bit extra and keep our room until 6 on the Sunday, the spa facilities are really good We have stayed here twice, once in December and once in May, and both times the room was very warm and stuffy (despite the air conditioning, which doesn't seem to be very effective) and so we did not manage to sleep well at all. |

Multiple choice for Spa and sports. Thermal outside swimming pool is just great, relax is assured. - Even if we arrived at 15h15, our room was still not ready so we had to wait until 16h in order to get the room. During this time, we had to wait next to the hall, not even a coffee was offered to us. - Room was very small and did not have bath, only shower. |

Price has gone up again - it is becoming too expensive - breakfast room is very unconvenient - everyone that goes to lunch can barely get in as they have to pass a small corridor where the other guest are helping themselves to the food - the coffee is lousy and reminds me of boarding school coffee - apparently they have a new computer system so that changes of the bill when checking-out are no longer possible - however when checking-in we were informed that changes could be made when checking- out - conclusion: I have been a regular guest there but I do not think I am going back - maybe the hotel is filled up regularly but the way they take everything for granted that may change in the future... |

The relaxing atmosphere. Closeness to all the different facilities and wellness departments. Very good organization and co-ordination between the hotel, Welness center, thermes and the restaurants. The wellness center worked with schedules that were followed puntually for each treatment. The isolation of the rooms could be better. We could here the noises on the corridos leading to the elevator. |

Both restaurant and breakfast meals were very good. The hotel is very clean throughout. Embarassing error by staff at reception: we were given a keycard to an occupied room. Spa process not explained at all, which was very irritating since the complex is quite large and not particularly well signposted. The restaurant closes rather too early and there are limited options without a long walk elsewhere. |

Restaurant was good. The main part of the SPA facility was closed (presumably for refurbishment).The remainder of the SPA area was like a building site. We should have been warned before making the booking or offered a reduced rate !! |

My aim was the thalasso and a real break. This is exactly what I needed with the different possibilities at the thalasso in the same premises. Being alone is not a problem. The place is not too far to drive to. The value of the hotel room was a bit expensive (TV equipment, electrical applicance was outdated). The staff at the Club entrance for thalasso not always polite or helpful. |

Very reasonably priced hotel with great spa facilities. The hotel is located only 20 minutes drive from the city of Luxembourg, but surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was also good. I only stayed for a night and I wish I planned to stay for at least a couple of nights. Great weekend getaway kind of hotel. No free Wi-Fi even at public spaces. |

Hotel was great. We arrived early and as expected our room was not ready but we were given a towel and sent to the spa. Pool, sauna's, Hammam were all exellent and very clean. Room was not the biggest but very comfortable with a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. |

Use of wellness facilities included in hotel room price is a big pro. Excellent stop-over on the way to Southern Europe (vice versa). The room with a terrace right next to the garden was perfect. Wi-fi should be free in a hotel of this category. It is very, very disappointing that nudity policy in and around the outside swimming-pool has changed. It used to be wonderful to skinny- dip, and sunbathe in the nude. Now the latter is restricted to the small first floor terrace. This new prudery is incomprehensible and a real put-off. |

Positief vond ik de mooie en verzorgde omgeving van het hotel, de rust, het aangename onthaal, het lekkere eten. Alleen jammer dat ik niet meer heb kunnen genieten van de mooie terrassen gezien het slechte weer Het zwembad vond ik heel druk bezet en dat viel mij wat tegen |
