The only reason why I go to this completely worn-out hotel is the thermal spa. This was closed without notifying me. I got 12 euro's back for the trouble. completely unacceptable after staying there for over 3 years....!

This is the second time we went to the hotel. It was just about perfect: excellent breakfast, facilities are very good (including the huge included fitness area. The hotel is perfectly situated if you are looking for a calm environment. There are a few restaurants nearby (italian and chinese) which are very good as well. We took a cheaper room this time. The mattress of the bed was a bit hard which was uncomfortable, but nothing which a few pillows couldn't fix. The rest was just great.

Friendly staff, hotel is a good 3-star standard, baths are a treat if not too much people around We were given a relatively small room, with a balcony facing a blind concrete wall (room 323), which was not up to a price tag of 159 € (Pentecost weekend). Both the hotel restaurant as the baths were under reovation, which made the experience less enjoyable. Finally, Mondorf les Bains is a very dull little town, no attractive restaurant there or even in the sourrinding area.

The personnel was very friendly, especially the staff at breakfast in Welcome park hotel. Room was clean and well equipped. I found bathroom had cracks in wall isolation, I found and killed a bug in the bathroom.

Help from Reception on locating lost luggage from KLM airline I was allocated a room in the annex building but all me colleagues from McBride were in the main hotel so this was not helpful for meeting etc

La qualité du domaine thermal. La possibilité d'aller et venir librement de la chambre au domaine thermale. La qualité de service du personnel Les couvertures de lit composées de deux couettes séparées. Cela a beau être "tendance", nous trouvons qu'il n'y a rien de mieux pour être constamment découverts.

Le petit déjeuner excellent. L'espace sport est tres complet et moniteur sympa. Les soins du corps sont tres reposant et relaxant mais cela reste malgré tout cher pour ce que c'est. La piscine est super et a bonne temperature,un delice. La demi-pension est chére également,il vaut mieux manger a l'exterieur sauf si l'on a un appetit d'oiseaux avec un gros portefeuille.

Rapport qualité/prix médiocre. Salle de bain: sale. Info accueil/thermes et info/reception hôtel:contradictoire et donc bien gênant. Chambre sinistre mais 'nous n'avions pris que la junior', nous explique d'un air dédaigneux la receptioniste. Nous demandons des oreillers supplémentaires."Non" est la réponse. Nous finissons par en avoir mais bourrés de 'grosses boules' et donc tres inconfortables. Aucune info sur l'hôtel dans les chambres.Sauna sans maillot mais dès que vous mettez un pied en dehors de la cabine, il faut remettre le maillot...mouillé et froid...

J'ai l'habitude de séjourné dans cet etablissement. A noter une amélioration trés nette au petit déjeuner: plus de place, un buffet trés bien garni et excellent.

Le balcon de la chambre les thermes Les Thermes sont excellent mais l'hôtel ne vaut ni un 4* ni sont prix! Le service au restaurant était hésitant et manquait de professionnalisme. Je reviendrai plus dans cet hotel qui ne vaut pas du tout son prix. La chambre est simple mais est plus dans la catégorie 3* que 4*

La qualité des soins,la propreté des lieux,la qualité du buffet déjeuner,la gentillesse du personnel,la soirée Caraibe,....... Les travaux autour de la piscine et tout le vas et vien a cause de ces travaux,les travaux un soir jusque 00h45 dans l'hotel.

Nous nous sommes enfuis tellement les nuisances sonores étaient importantes de tous côtés: piscine extérieure en travaux, nettoyage incessant des abords de la piscine intérieure à l'aide d'un aspirateur très bruyant, chambre voisine en réfection (marteau pic, foreuse etc..) et terrasse de notre chambre impraticable pour cause de grue télescopique chargeant des palettes de blocs en béton sur la toiture.Je conçois bien que des travaux puissent être nécessaire mais il faudrait prévenir les clients. Nous pensions trouver à Mondorf un endroit calme pour notre lune de miel et nous nous sommes trompés!

Chambre très confotrable, accès aux Thermes de 15h le jour d'arrivée à 22h le lendemain, explications complètes du personnel, balcon de la chambre, très bonne situation, excellent petit déjeuner Marteau-piqueur dès 7h30 (travaux de l'hôtel)

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end "Bien être". L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel charmant. Les piscines très agréables. Le petit déjeûner copieux (il y avait même des huitres...) Nous y retournerons certainement et ne manquerons pas de recommander cet hôtel autour de nous.
