quiet even if adjacent to a huge spa

No access to the Spa facilities direct from the hotel

Multiple choice for Spa and sports. Thermal outside swimming pool is just great, relax is assured.

- Even if we arrived at 15h15, our room was still not ready so we had to wait until 16h in order to get the room. During this time, we had to wait next to the hall, not even a coffee was offered to us. - Room was very small and did not have bath, only shower.

The relaxing atmosphere. Closeness to all the different facilities and wellness departments. Very good organization and co-ordination between the hotel, Welness center, thermes and the restaurants. The wellness center worked with schedules that were followed puntually for each treatment.

The isolation of the rooms could be better. We could here the noises on the corridos leading to the elevator.

The room wasn't actually clean

The main part of the SPA facility was closed (presumably for refurbishment).The remainder of the SPA area was like a building site. We should have been warned before making the booking or offered a reduced rate !!

My aim was the thalasso and a real break. This is exactly what I needed with the different possibilities at the thalasso in the same premises. Being alone is not a problem. The place is not too far to drive to.

The value of the hotel room was a bit expensive (TV equipment, electrical applicance was outdated). The staff at the Club entrance for thalasso not always polite or helpful.

Very reasonably priced hotel with great spa facilities. The hotel is located only 20 minutes drive from the city of Luxembourg, but surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was also good. I only stayed for a night and I wish I planned to stay for at least a couple of nights. Great weekend getaway kind of hotel.

No free Wi-Fi even at public spaces.

Use of wellness facilities included in hotel room price is a big pro. Excellent stop-over on the way to Southern Europe (vice versa). The room with a terrace right next to the garden was perfect. Wi-fi should be free in a hotel of this category.

It is very, very disappointing that nudity policy in and around the outside swimming-pool has changed. It used to be wonderful to skinny- dip, and sunbathe in the nude. Now the latter is restricted to the small first floor terrace. This new prudery is incomprehensible and a real put-off.

decu de ne pas avoir pu utiliser les saunas en maillot, ne comprend pas l'obligation de se mettre nu pour y entrer

le cadre verdoyant et reposant dans lequel est situé l'hôtel... il est non seulement possible de se détendre dans les thermes mais également de faire un jogging par exemple dans le magnifique parc qui jouxte l'établissement

le petit déjeuner, bien que très varié, présentait les désagréments suivants : le café était tiède, ainsi que les garnitures salées (saucisses, lards, etc) et les petits pains étaient froids

De kamer was goed, schoon. Het receptie personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

De openingstijden van de bistro was vermeld tot 21.30 uur. De recptie vermeldde echter tot 21.00 uur. Wij kwamen om 20.38 uur en kregen de mededeling dat de keuken gesloten was. Daarop hebben wij een erg goede Italiaan in het dorp gevonden waar wij vaker hebben gegeten.

les installations du "club" c-à-d piscines, saunas, animations aux piscines et les soins sont fantastiques. L'hôtel offre aussi maintenant la possibilité de demi-pension. Intéressant.
