Relatively big room and bathroom. Free WiFi. No air-conditioner in the room.

The parking! A disappointing visit. The room suffered from traffic noise and had a noisy bed, stupidly placed light switches, automatic lights in the bathroom which turned off when in the the shower (dangerous) and a dead bulb over the mirror, the auto light blazed out for nighttime visits waking us up. Breakfast was meagre and by 0845 had nearly all gone. We had to suggest the waiter went out and bought us some croissants. The receptionist was young and friendly but incompetent. My wife did not enjoy the spiders in the room... An expensive, unpleasant stay - and not to be repeated.

Excellent staff and great location to the train station and University. Front desk staff were the best. Only a few minute walk to the train which leaves every half hour for the 8 min ride to city center. This is my own issue, but I wish there was AC in the rooms. This was OK at night, but I could see a few days when one would really want it after walking around.

nettes personal sehr warm, fenster zu wegen kreisverkehr. Automatisches badezimmerlicht, also um 4 uhr nachts pinkeln gehen ist hell...sehr hell.

Idéalement situé en face du centre de congrès Prince Henri. Accès aisé. Hors du centre-ville de Luxembourg. Confort Optimal. Nouvelle douche.Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner buffet correct.

Hotel ligt aan een zeer drukke rotonde. Dit is goed te horen. Als je een kamer voor één persoon booekt verwacht je niet dat het andere bed onopgemaakt blijft; gewoon een kale matras.

Lage neben der Kirche (um 7 Uhr werden die Glocken geläutet) und direkt an einem Kreisverkehr (Hauptstrasse) Bettenbreite nur knapp 1.50m und unsere Zimmer war nur für eine Person gerichtet. Obwohl nur weitere zwei Zimmer belegt waren, gab es keine andere Zimmerwahl ??!

- sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - saubere und helle Zimmer - guter Service ...das Speiseangebot (individuelles Problem!), wenngleich die Küche gut ist und sehr zuvorkommend bedient wird

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, modern eingerichtet. Es verfügte über eine große Terasse.Das Bad ebenfalls groß und sauber. Die Nacht über war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Leute an Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Direkt gegenüber liegt eine Kirche, die jede halbe Stunde läutet. Allerdings werden die Glocken nachts abgeschaltet und erst um 7 Uhr morgens wieder eingeschaltet. Die zum Hotel gehörenden Parkplätze reichten nicht für alle Gäste. Parken unmittelbar gegenüber an der Straße war aber auch kein Problem.

Das Entgegenkommen und die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter mir gegenüber, und die Spontanität, ohne weiteres von einer Sprache in eine andere zu wechseln, deutsch ins französische und umgekehrt. das Restaurant war ausgezeichnet mit hochqualitäts Menüen und doch presigünstig, besonders die Wochenmenüen. Das warme Wasser war vor 8:00 morgens und am Abend kaum zu spüren. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass das Hotel zur Zeit renoviert wird, und aus diesem Grund war das warme Wasser etwas 'reduziert'.
