Novotel Luxembourg Centre

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast nice without being overly elaborate, the design of the hotel should not be considered cozy but quite sleek, it will suit people who like it minimal. We were quite happy, even if it takes a bit more than 10 minutes to reach the city centre on foot (about 20 walking briskly). It has a quiet and restful location which has its upside!

restaurant is bad and expensive, poor quality of food (fish prepared in micro wave and not fresh at all !)

Staff were lovely and very helpful, location was great as we were attending a friend's wedding and it was close enough to the wedding venue, close to old town luxembourg and city centre, great area for shopping, enjoyed walking around the park & Le Grunde. City was very impressive

Perhaps for a four star hotel it would have been nice to have ironing facilities and perhaps more choice in the mini bar but this did not pose a problem to us and I have nothing but found memories of the City and the Hotel

The room was large and could facilitate our 2 small children. They slept on the sofa that was transformed into a bed. Besides that, the hotel is very close to the city centre.

Breakfast was very well organised and plenty of choice.

Reception staff made absolutely no effort to provide more than the minimum required information. Simply handed out a city map. Parking described at Hotel but it is an expensive Public parking garage under the Hotel.

What i most like is the room.The hotel is a new one with very nice modern furnitures.

The hotel does not have any entertainment programs, or at least a swimming pool or jaccuzi for the guest to relax.

Comfortable laid back atmosphere which made it easy to relax after work

For this price small bar shoul be included and there should be normal cups for tea/coffie not paper one

Due to a flight change, I had to shorten my stay by one day. Though I had modified my itinerary about 1 week before the stay, the hotel still charged me for 2 days! This is unheard of with American hotels!

Hotel neuf, déco design, chambres impeccables et bien équipées. Centre ville à 15 minutes à pieds.

Restaurant fermé le vendredi soir parce que réservé pour un groupe. Dommage, parce que la carte est variée et accessible. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner, assurément trop cher.

Internet Zugang über 20 Min kostenpflichtig. 20 min frei, aber in der Lobby, nicht im Zimmer.

Voor een weekend trip naar de stad ligt het hotel uitstekend gelegen op loopafstand van de oude binnnestad en heeft een prettige moderne uitstraling met ruime kamers.
