Clean hotel with easy access to city center. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice

Not best environment for families. Very business oriented.

Breakfast was good, lots of variation (so not your typical "french breakfast"). Silent, large rooms, nice bed. Good selection of international tv channels, and not just business tv channels.

Aircon was not working properly, it was pre-set to 20-22c. Pillow not very good, it was old and bumby.

One day the food was uncooked (I was not charged for that Thanks to the staff) and the cleanliness at the breakfast table due to big rush

Staff was very friendly and they even guided me to a free parking space. Room was neat and clean and very comfortable. Highly recomended!!

Unfortunately breakfast was not included in the price.

Nonotel everywhere the same is boring. The lady receptionist at checking out behaved incorrect.

Very nice bedroom and bathroom was ok. Bed was very comfy. We had a very good night actually. The hotel staff was very friendly. You have two options for breakfast but if you go for the City breakfast then you will have plenty of pastries (pain au chocolat and croissants), coffee, orange juice and fruits for 10 euros which really is quite fair. We went there with our small French bulldog and we paid a reasonable price for having him with us so really we had nothing to complain about.

Parking may not be easy at time, there is a public one right in front of the hotel but I heard it could turn out quite expensive. Our navigation system couldnt find the exact street number so we ended up searching a bit for the hotel.

The location is a but uninspiring but convenient for if arriving by train. The hotel is not too near the more beautiful areas of town / squares etc.

Close to the city. The price was great. The staff were friendly.It was clean and comfortable. We were able to fit 2 adults and 2 children in the room for the price of the 2 adults. Parking under the building.

Validate the parking ticket just before you leave. It is only valid for 10 mins or you will have to pay more.

Staffs were not so kind when facing a problem. Very disapponted.

Novotel Luxembourg Centre is a business-oriented hotel and when I checked in in Saturday morning 08Sep2012 hotel was packed and room not available. Room size was quite big (room 426), furniture is pretty standard and a decor a little bit boring (white walls, birchwood, pale blue touches) which can be depressing in a cold and dark winter day (the day was sunny and still decor felt asseptic, boring and in need of personal touches). Reception decor is amazing chocolate brown chairs, touches of dark red and ivory. Room amenities were fine and bathroom cleanliness was impecable. Novotel is pretty close to old Luxembourg town (15min) in a walking distance

The staff receptionist Alexia and Sabina were not very polite. They were quite brisk and rude and did not present welcome attitude to the hotel guests. They only provided info by demand and it seemed to feel bored, annoyed in answering questions. I saw another guest also experiencing issues when he asked for a cab and they replied to him in a angrly manner.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with an excellent restruarant attached, slightly removed from the old city (if walking) but in a safe and quiet district.

The very close by public carpark is narrow with high kerbs that managed to curb most of my wheels! This will not be a problem if you have a small car however.

Friendly staff explaining how to walk to the different parts of the city. Modern and clean rooms. Good location so that there is easy access with car, and at the same time the city centre within walking distance.

Sometimes design has been prioritised over functionality (check e.g. the sink). There is only an expensive public parking available. The breakfast is expensive (20€) but there is also a 10€ express breakfast that is ok.

Easy to reach from motorway, new/clean/modern, 4 stars, free internet, parking garage, walking distance to city centre, very large bed(s), excellent for families with up to 2 children
