Centralt placerat ,närhet till centrum. Lungt läge ang trafik. Det passade oss mycket bra. Ja att handfatet skall vara I samma rum som toaltten. Detta påtalades från samtliga vi talade med. Man var tvungen att gå till ett annat rum för att tvätta händerna. Vem har planerat detta? |

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast nice without being overly elaborate, the design of the hotel should not be considered cozy but quite sleek, it will suit people who like it minimal. We were quite happy, even if it takes a bit more than 10 minutes to reach the city centre on foot (about 20 walking briskly). It has a quiet and restful location which has its upside! |

Night concierge (Abdela) was v. good in that he v. efficiently arranged an alternative room with air conditioning that could be adjusted, & with a window that could be opened. First room was stuffy/hot & air conditioning could not be adjusted. Window could not be opened. Claustrophobic conditions!! |

Staff were lovely and very helpful, location was great as we were attending a friend's wedding and it was close enough to the wedding venue, close to old town luxembourg and city centre, great area for shopping, enjoyed walking around the park & Le Grunde. City was very impressive Perhaps for a four star hotel it would have been nice to have ironing facilities and perhaps more choice in the mini bar but this did not pose a problem to us and I have nothing but found memories of the City and the Hotel |

The room was large and could facilitate our 2 small children. They slept on the sofa that was transformed into a bed. Besides that, the hotel is very close to the city centre. |

- modern and light room / - central location, everything is in walking distance / - great choice at the breakfast - staff was very friendly and helpful, apart from one waiter in the breakfast room, who was absolutly offensive. |

Breakfast was very well organised and plenty of choice. Reception staff made absolutely no effort to provide more than the minimum required information. Simply handed out a city map. Parking described at Hotel but it is an expensive Public parking garage under the Hotel. |

What i most like is the room.The hotel is a new one with very nice modern furnitures. The hotel does not have any entertainment programs, or at least a swimming pool or jaccuzi for the guest to relax. |

Air conditioning was noisy, the window could not be opened, the pillows were not nice, no cupboard for storing clodes, i.e. only suitably for over-night stay, not for a week, pathetic gym |

Due to a flight change, I had to shorten my stay by one day. Though I had modified my itinerary about 1 week before the stay, the hotel still charged me for 2 days! This is unheard of with American hotels! |

El hotel esta muy bien situado, junto al sofitel, aunque sin vistas a la ciudad.El servicio es bueno La mania que tienen los hoteles que tienen de cobrarte todo sin preguntar, suponiendo que lo has consumido y luego reclamas, si puedes, si tienes tiempo y si te puedes explicar en el idioma. |

Hotel neuf, déco design, chambres impeccables et bien équipées. Centre ville à 15 minutes à pieds. Restaurant fermé le vendredi soir parce que réservé pour un groupe. Dommage, parce que la carte est variée et accessible. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner, assurément trop cher. |

Ontbijt was ok. De bed was slecht, kussen zeer slecht. De badkamer zeer klein, aleen shampoo en showergel (3*). Aleen 20 min/dag gratis internet aan de receptie. Internet betaalbaar zeer duur. Het eten duur in de restaurant. Geen parking. Je kan well parkeren tegen betaling in een publieke parking onder het hotel. |
