I found my bedroom to be clean, pragmatically organised, and silent. Everything worked. The hotel is functional and staff is helpful. I just did not appreciate the works surrounding the hotel, but that is not directly related to the hotel. The salad bar could be made with vegetables, without having meat or fish amongst the food. People always have the choice of adding meat or crevettes if they are set aside in other plates. |

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The personnel was nice and helpful. Obviously the location is better for a conference, but still, it is not that far from the centre. |

The room was clean, nicely designed, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room had very nice tea and coffee facilities. I felt the hotel is really overpriced. Also, internet is not included in the rate, which makes it very inconvenient (or even more overpriced) for a business trip. The amenities provided are very basic. The construction works around the area are noisy and the walk to the bus station is inconvenient. |

I thought the hotel, with the exception of our room was over-designed. However I loved our room which was more low key and was the most relaxing and comfortable room we stayed at on our trip. I did not like the location. It was an alienating environment around the hotel with all new modern building. Would have preferrred to be in an old section of the city. |

The reception girl on our arrival (Sarah) was extremely helpful and made us feel really welcome. When dealing with some other desk staff, she was far and away the best! Location was more business than tourism orientated. There was a lot of building work going on . On arrival we found that the booking info the hotel had only had two adults yet we had booked a family room for 4! However, Sarah quickly and without fuss put us in an appropriate room. |

Service at bar and dining room non existant even though the food was good. They also charged me 18.2 euros for parking but when I book through you parking was supposed to be free; lies.The ac in room was not working properly but we open the window for cool fresh air. Did not complain about that because I was too furious about the parking charge. |

Clean and modern rooms. The hotel is situated in the quartier europeenne, near La philharmonie and Auchan, 5 min by bus to city center. Nice and helpful staff. Use of wifi should be free of charge. |

Convenient location next to the Commission's premises The breakfast was served only up until 9:30 which is quite early especially if you are on holidays and not on a business trip. The waitresses at the breakfast hall where picking up plates and cleaning tables and reserving them for "lunch" since 9:00 which did not actually leave much space to people having a "late" breakfast. |

The hotel is new and modern. Located in a new building project area near to the airport and a shopping center. A very large room (about 25 sq. m.) which was nicely decorated. The meals ordered using room service were pretty good and were delivered quickly. Large parking space which was temporarily free of charge. Breakfast was ok, not great. Unintentionally, we were given a smoking room, while the reservation was for non-smoking room. However, it was changed at first request in first 5 minutes. A sofa in that smoking room had a cigarette burnt spot - so, even if you smoke, give up and ask for a non-smoking room without burnt spots. :) |

Spacious and comfortable rooms, Friendly and very helpful staff, excellent breakfasts and good, secure parking. The approach road to the hotel at Kirchberg was a bit confusing, due in part ot local roadworks etc. A couple of direction signs after turning off the main road would behelpful. Also, it was quite along walk into the city, although there is a frequent bus service. |
