Hotel Parc Beaux Arts  

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Hotel Parc Beaux Arts. The receptionists Gwen and Alan went out of our way to see that we had everything we needed and more. It is located in Old Town of Luxembourg and was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and many historic sites. Gwen connected us to a very competant driver who gave us a tour of the City and took us to the American Cemetary, which we really wanted to see. We cant' say enough good things about this hotel and the entire staff.

Lovely small hotel right in the centre of Luxembourg - only a few mintues from all the main sights. The dtaff were extremely friendly, expecially Gwendoline. The room was large but the bathroom was a little bit on the small side but it did have a proper shower and the range of toiletries was good. Breakfast was good but a bit over expensive. Lovely place for an aperitif or two! Overall we had a fantastic time in the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

My room, actually rooms, was very spacious. It is located in the old part of the city, across the street from the palace, so it is very convenient to walk around. It's a small property, ten rooms I think, but very comfortable and friendly. It's more like staying with friends or family than checking into a hotel.

It can be difficult to find. I arrived at night in the rain, so I had a difficult time finding the hotel. I think it would have been easier during daylight. I would advise you to bring a good map if you are unfamiliar with the city.

The hotel stuffs are very friendly and helpful. It is very relaxed atmosphere. I personally like the cafe/bar inside the hotel. Excellently wine and very good service. :)

The hotel itself, the room was very nice, large and with a nice view; the location was excellent and also the staff was very kind and helpful. The fact that we had a laptop in the room with a wifi connection.

Best hotel, boss pick us up from airport and help us take the luggage upstairs. The location is the best, can see palace, shopping street,next door is museum. There are two rooms,all the equipments are high level, with art decoration, clean and comfortable. This is the best hotel which we stay during this travel,

Great location on the edge of the Old Town and with a fantastic James Bond style parking garage. Note that parking in central Luxemburg can be a problem (and expensive) so if you have a car I'd recommend using the hotel's car park.

That's fantastic hotel!We felt ourselves like we are at home And Gwen! She is wonderful!

We absolutely fell in love with the hotel and the city .. so much so that we ended up extending our stay another night. I could not recommend this hotel more ... it was perfect in every way!

A little noisy on the street side -- expected in the city on a Saturday night.

Gwen was an absolute sweetheart, the most hospitable receptionist/concierge/check- in clerk I have ever met.

All staffs are kind and friendly. Concergers were very heartful. The atmosphore and feelings are ' back to the home in unknown city' .
