My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Hotel Parc Beaux Arts. The receptionists Gwen and Alan went out of our way to see that we had everything we needed and more. It is located in Old Town of Luxembourg and was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and many historic sites. Gwen connected us to a very competant driver who gave us a tour of the City and took us to the American Cemetary, which we really wanted to see. We cant' say enough good things about this hotel and the entire staff.

Located in the center of the city of Luxembourg. Very confortable rooms. If noise from the bars around is a problem to you then change location. Bars are open until 01h00 during the week and 03h00 in the week-end

Lovely small hotel right in the centre of Luxembourg - only a few mintues from all the main sights. The dtaff were extremely friendly, expecially Gwendoline. The room was large but the bathroom was a little bit on the small side but it did have a proper shower and the range of toiletries was good. Breakfast was good but a bit over expensive. Lovely place for an aperitif or two! Overall we had a fantastic time in the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location, next to the National Museum of History and Art, good bed linen, friendly staff, nice historic building. Quite modest apartment, small and unpractical bathroom, no cupboard or shelves to put things. Not really worth the money. Heating in lounge-bar was insufficient to make up for the winter weather.

My room, actually rooms, was very spacious. It is located in the old part of the city, across the street from the palace, so it is very convenient to walk around. It's a small property, ten rooms I think, but very comfortable and friendly. It's more like staying with friends or family than checking into a hotel. It can be difficult to find. I arrived at night in the rain, so I had a difficult time finding the hotel. I think it would have been easier during daylight. I would advise you to bring a good map if you are unfamiliar with the city.

The hotel stuffs are very friendly and helpful. It is very relaxed atmosphere. I personally like the cafe/bar inside the hotel. Excellently wine and very good service. :)

The hotel itself, the room was very nice, large and with a nice view; the location was excellent and also the staff was very kind and helpful. The fact that we had a laptop in the room with a wifi connection. The price of the breakfast (eur 25/pers)

The hotel was pure class. Simple but elegant. The staff was top notch. We happened to stay there for two nights, Dec 24-25. We had seen from other reviews that there was a few very noisy cafes. Because of the holiday they were all closed but at any other time that might be a factor.

Best hotel, boss pick us up from airport and help us take the luggage upstairs. The location is the best, can see palace, shopping street,next door is museum. There are two rooms,all the equipments are high level, with art decoration, clean and comfortable. This is the best hotel which we stay during this travel,

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the location of the the hotel. Staff were very helpful and very willing to please. Lack of tea/coffee-making facility in room. No English speaking television channels. Lack of storage space (shelves/drawers) in bedroom. Armchairs could have been more comfortable.

Great location on the edge of the Old Town and with a fantastic James Bond style parking garage. Note that parking in central Luxemburg can be a problem (and expensive) so if you have a car I'd recommend using the hotel's car park.

We absolutely fell in love with the hotel and the city .. so much so that we ended up extending our stay another night. I could not recommend this hotel more ... it was perfect in every way!

Unbelievable experience from the moment we arrived - staff went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations! Great internet & the laptop provided in room was very nice. Location couldn't be better. Nice breakfast. Parking was a unique experience, "James Bond" reference by one staff member was perfect description. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location - perfect for exploring the centre as well as the upper and lower city fortifications. Welcoming, helpful reception staff. Attractively designed and comfortable suite of rooms, free internet, good modern bathroom. Enjoyed our stay very much. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.
