The room was clean and comfortable, had a great view and everything we needed.We had computer access down the hall, they gave me an international adapter which I badly needed and were generally very helpful. It was also very close to everything we needed. |

We found the hotel to be in an excellent city centre location with good surroundings. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and professional. |

Hotel staff spoke English (which was good for us) and were very helpful. Free coffee and orange in the morning was a good idea. Hotel is situated very conveniently for the centre of Luxembourg The provision of only one duvet and no blanket was a major problem for me personally. It was far too heavy to sleep under but some cover was needed. The daily car parking charge was excessive. Charging a "reservation" fee which included extras was disliked. We did not use the bar or restaurant as they gave a bad impression. The bar in particularly was very smoky |

Comfortable and quiet rooms in a good location. The restaurant was good and the breakfast excellent. They coped admirably with an influx of a large number of guests. The temperature in the rooms was a little high. |

I like its location which is very close to the city and the park, the easy parking (although paid) What I did not like was the fact that I booked a superior room, which on the reservation site included f.ex. a mini bar service. The mini bar was in the room, but it was empty. Furthermore the superior room was located on the street side which was quite noise in the morning, the hotel also has a side which overlooks the park which is more quiet, so I did not understand why the superior rooms were on the noisy street side |

Easy walking distance to city center and the breakfast included in rate was very good. No AC, so rooms facing park/walk areas are noisy if you open the window. I would opt for a different room or avoid warmer weather visits. |

I booked a room on this hotel and when I got there, it was overbooked, but a room was prepared for me on another hotel of this group: the Parc Belair hotel. It is a better hotel, and they maintained all the agreed conditions. The staff is very helpfull and friendly and the hotel is very nice. It was a 15 to 20 minutes walking to the city center, but I loved the staying. |

The bed and pillow is very confortable and for sure you have good sleep. Though the breakfast location is a bit far from the hotel as it is located in a restaurant about 1 minute walk from the entrance of the hotel, but in general speaking, it is good and confortable. The mannor of the restaurant has to be improved. |

Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast buffet & dinner @ the hotel's restaurant. Free internet also. A 1lt bottle of water in the hotel's restaurant cost EUR 7!!! |

The room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom with seperate toilet. The breakfast was good. The staff was very polite. The location is very good for visiting the town attractions. The reception and the car park are deeply situated in the site. The charge for the parking was rather high. The lobby of the hotel was not particularly welcoming. To enter the breakfast area you had to walk up at the front. In bad weather this is not so helpful. |

I liked the possibility to change room and have a quieter one. I liked being able to come back over lunch time with a free one-hour extension of stay The hotel restaurant dinner was of average quality, too expensive for what ot was. |

Close to centre, very good price, friendly staff The room was rather cold in the morning as the radiator was hardly on, the bar was a little short staffed - I waited 10 minutes and when no-one appeared to serve eventually gave up |

Service personnel very competent No air conditioned and poor warm equipament. For the meals people have to go out side of the facilities to have food. Is realy bad specially with Luxembourg normaly weather (raining and cold) |
